“My daughter was down for Thanksgiving and left her phone on top of her car. Well, not noticing, she drove off and as you can imagine, that screen did not survive the impact. Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! He assured me that his tech, Alex, would be there promptly despite it being a holiday. And within 35 minutes of me calling sun cellular, Alex was there. He had my daughters phone fixed in 7 minutes! If you ever need a repair these are the two you want to handle it! Thanks again Alex and Ian!!!”
“Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! (Chose a more $$$ screen) There also is warranty for a 1yr & 30days for protector! Very satisfied customer! Really good price & service! Would recommend! Muchas gracias!”

“I needed support to get my scan capability on my new HP printer. I was unable to do it as the required drivers were not available. Rachel walked me through the process and then updated my computer, added a new virus software service, downloaded the required drivers and checked everything out. The printer now does everything it is supposed to, my virus software has been updated and I am very pleased with Rachel's work. I am 81 years old, have impaired hearing (use blue-tooth connection for my phone) and Rachel never tired of my asking to repeat anything, gave thorough report of what she was doing and the progress of her efforts. She is an asset to your organization and I will not hesitate to contact her if I need any further help. I seriously doubt that will be necessary though.”

“I have a vintage stereo receiver that needed service and contacted Melrose TV VCR & Stereo Repair to see if it was something they could work on. Richard enthusiastically replied that he could and I brought it to him the next day. I told him the problem and he let me know that it would be a week before he could look at it, but that he'd call and give me a quote before starting the repair. A week later Richard called with a quote and I gave him the OK to go ahead. A week after that and he called to let me know it was done. From those conversations and our chat when I picked up the receiver I could tell that Richard has a passion for his work, and it showed in the final result. The receiver works better than ever! We were very frustrated with the dead battery, the heat outside and then trying to locate an affordable tow truck company took sometime…using Batteries and Bulbs website we were able to order a battery with a 15% off promotional rate, acquired the phone number to see if they would install battery in trunk, we own a Cadillac and for some reason many corporate auto business shops won’t install it in the trunk..…spoke to Daniel, he reassured us he could install in trunk no problem, we coordinated the time of arrival, met Daniel at the store with tow, inquired about warranty, needed a 3 yr instead of 2, did a quick upsell and he immediately went to work on car.
Very satisfied with Daniels professionalism, personality and install.

“I was a little apprehensive dropping off my very expensive TV, because he has so many TVs and the business is a garage. However, no one could fix my T.V . I paid twice to have it evaluated by different companies, who both told me it was unrepairable. I even called Sony and they told me the parts don't exist anymore. This TV is 4K/3D. Which they don't make anymore so I really wanted this fixed (Plus I have a ton of 3D movies, what am I supposed to do with those if I don't have a 3D TV). He tried over and over with many different parts to find the issue. He ended up keeping it longer than usual but he did not stop until it was fixed. And I cannot believe what he charged me it was very affordable. Now in my example he did give me a discount because he did have my TV for a while. He really knows what he's doing and he explained to me everything that he did and tried. It's been 3 months and I am so happy with my TV and we are back to watching 4K movies and 3D movies. Now the bad, I do have to say it's not the best customer service because they write down everything. They literally wrote down my name and phone number on a Post-It note and then it fell off so you have to keep in contact with them. That's the only downfall. So I would suggest that you write your TV model and serial number down before you drop off. Nobody called me to update, I had to call them. And their English is not that great. But they are very knowledgeable with fixing TVs.”
“Had an issue with the charge port on my iphone. Brought it in and it was just some dirt. They cleaned it out and it was much better. Let me know if I have further issues what the price would be to replace the charge port and that it's pretty easy and straight forward. Highly recommend due to helpfulness and professionalism.”
