“Luis is incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to fix my phone temporarily until the part came in. Didn't ask for money, didn't ask for a tip. Just helped out. When I tried to tip, he refused. He just was genuinely intrigued by my phone not working. He fixed it and ordered the part for me. I couldn't reccomend Luis enough!”

“I had a whole house water damage in Nov 2020. Yellow Jackets (Tanner) came in and made sure everything was packaged up with care. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Answered all of our questions. He spent ALL day taking care of our electronics. We just had our items returned today (by Tanner, Johnny and a few others) and he said if we needed they would come back and install anything (our kitchen isn't ready yet) and if there were ANY problems to call them and they will make it right. He was very careful not to damage our large appliances and our walls, even the slightest scratch. He took very special care of antique family heirlooms. I can not recommend this company enough! They have a great crew! If we ever are in need again (I hope not!) we will definitely use them.”

“The company that I work for uses Flex print for our printer services . I have managed many clinics for my company and they are always on time and get it right the 1st time. I have never had a problem with them in regards to service or supplies. Today I called because my toner blew up in my printer . I called and spoke with Jeremy in service and he was so helpful and nice. He transferred me to supplies , so that I may reorder and I spoke with Yvette who was also a pleasure to speak to . They made a stressful situation better just by having good customer service. “I had a WONDERFUL experience w/ M&M Electronics. Had the notorious LG refrigerator compressor failure. Called M&M and they had Mr. Miguel out the next day. He performed a diagnosis and confirmed the compressor failure. He then took the LG authorization number (part was under warranty) to order the replacement part from LG and immediately put pressure on them to supply the part ASAP. Had the part w/ in 3-5 days and was back out the following week to perform the repair. I now have a fully functioning refrigerator again.I would highly recommend Miguel for any appliance or electronics repair. In fact, I was able to get M&M added to my condo building's list of preferred vendors.”

Staff did a great job communicating with me and the phone was repaired in the quoted timeframe and is working great!”
“I went to Verizon to have my phone transferred. The Wi-Fi was not working on my old phone because it had been dropped one too many times. It was not a good experience trying to do the transfer. I was in the store four times and still was not done correctly. Even though they charged me 40 bucks. Trying to get a refund however Not going well because nobody calls you back at Verizon. These guys are amazing completely helped me until every issue I had was resolved!!!!! So save yourself a lot of headache and call them today because they know their stuff much more than the Verizon “experts”!!!”
