Absolute worst cricket I have ever been to!!!! First off theRE shoULd never be a piece of papr in the window saying be back in 15 minutes especially if you DOnt plan on being back in 15 minutes I sat OUtside this cricket from 7:15pm until 7:50 pm banGing on windows doors I called the store a million times, it wasnt until i hollered out I was going to call the Police to make sure who ever is back there isnt dead that the employee finally came out of the back to let me into the building just to basically tell me there is nothing he can do for me because his system automatucally shuts down at 745 pm and so he wouldnt be able to put service on my phone until tomorrow!!! And to THINK I WAS PLANNING ON SPENDING OVER A GRAND THERE TO GET BOTH MY KIDS AND MY FIANCE NEW PHONES AND SERVICE!!!! GUESS THIS LOCATION DOESNT CARE ABOUT MONEY THEY QOULD RATHER BE LAZY AND HIDE IN YHE BACK UNTIL CLOSING TIME WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

James was outstanding, Cricket in general is worthless when it comes to customer service. But James just hung in there despite himself being on hold with retail customer support. In the end, I just cancelled the previous service and opened a new account with James. We need more customer support like him. Thanks James

Best deal for phone I wanted, Great communication,ordered on Fri at 7pm and got as advised on sat at 9.30 am! Superb delivery service considering I live on the Isle of Wight!, would definitely use them again.

The staff here really seen to know what they are doing as they managed to identify what was with my phone and managed to fix it very quickly. I had been to two other stores and they weren't able to diagnose the issue properly but these guys did, so overall I must say that I'm v pleased!
