The customer service was GREAT & associate knew what he was doing & answered the right questions and got everything in service correct and made sure everything worked . Thank you ????.

James was outstanding, Cricket in general is worthless when it comes to customer service. But James just hung in there despite himself being on hold with retail customer support. In the end, I just cancelled the previous service and opened a new account with James. We need more customer support like him. Thanks James

Stopped to ask a question about 1 of my phone's on my acct and he didn't let me know it was cancelled because he didn't look it up
