“As far as banks go this one has been fine. Their mobile deposit and usage of money when it's deposited takes a while to be able to use. The staff have been accurate and good with customer service every time I've needed to go inside.”
“We have been happily banking at the Happy Valley branch for many years. We are consistently impressed with the personal attention and customer appreciation that we feel from Joceline (manager) and her team. Everyone we’ve worked with at this branch has taken the time to learn our names and recognizes us when we stop in. This team has taken a very personal approach to banking, which is not the norm today. Joceline often reminds us to reach out to her should we need something, and makes herself available (even if just to say hi) when we are at the branch . We recently moved closer to another location, but we will drive the extra few miles to continue our relationship with the team at this location. They are stellar!”

“I did send a negative post, however I changed my mind.I was banking at The Sun West Credit Union at the McDowall and 3rdStreet and now I see the Thunderbirds location is much different, out of my way , however the staff seem to be very nice to the customers and I received excellent explanations from the branch manager Nancy. “I am a member who has personal and business accounts at Copper State Credit Union. I bank at you location at 2500 West Bel Road. I would like to commend Anthony Alvarez. Last week he assisted me in opening two CDs and transferring the balances of three of my business credit cards to a no interest business credit card at your credit union, for 18 months, and then the interest rate will be lower than the previous interest rates on any of transferred balances. Anthony's knowledge in both cases has helped me build a sounder financial state both in my personal and business financial status. He provided these services in a professional and caring manner. He demonstrates all the positive characteristics I appreciate in the services provided to customers at your credit union branch. I plan to share the experiences with my friends and family members.”
