They made the calls and got approval from the other company to do the repair. I was glad we took it to CARSTAR because the company proved that no matter where the damage occurred they will stand behind you. They were very communicative and let us know of the progress by text every step of the way.”

“I was recently involved in a car accident and i had originally taken my car to “Vice”. They were trying to total out my vehicle saying the damage amount was more than what my car was worth and they were trying to make me salvage my car (ridiculous, pictures will show). So i took it to SS and they fixed it up beautifully without having to total out my car and kept it a clean title. I will NEVER go anywhere else but SS. If you need someone that actually knows what they’re talking about, go to SS.”

“This is the 2nd time we have had to take our Nissan in to repair it from accident damage. This time Hovik , estimator, production manager took care of us. We brought our car in one day to estimate the cost of repair. USA Collision ordered the part. We went in once the part was in the shop and they matched the paint. The third time we left the car for 1/2 day and when we picked it up, it looked "wow! Wonderful! They cleaned the inside and outside . Hovik even bought out the old part so I could see the difference . This place and Hovik is a 10+”

“Wow, this has to be the top experience at an Auto Collision Center. Ms. Alisha was fantastic, she kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. From disassembly to reassembly, she called me with weekly updates it was very reassuring. After I dropped my vehicle off I was shuttled to enterprise for my rental car. It was very convent if I may also add. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than the day I bought it. Couldn't even tell it was in a accident. It was cleaned inside and out and they even changed my oil for FREE no charge! Ms. Alisha and the owner Mike were amazing will definitely be coming back and recommending this Auto Collision Center to all my friends and family for years to come.”

“Comparing my experience with previous reviews, I didn't have any issues with the staff or service, just the price . . . then again, it is a diesel truck, and I was told to expect anything but cheap repairs. As for the trouble, diagnosis, repair and overall situation of my vehicle. I had suspected the turbo blew on my 160K mile, 2011 F250 some 250 mile back. The wife was frantically (not really frantic, but I needed a word) searching for a repair shop somewhere in Phoenix . . . if we make it from the Churaico Summit on-ramp when . . . BANG ! ! !, I look down and there is no boost pressure indicating on the dash. "You might as well find us a rental nearby the repair place, as well", I say. She found us a rental place just two blocks away. Anticipating a costly and lengthy turbo charger replacement we proceeded to get ourselves a rental to compete our road trip to Corpus Cristi, Texas by way of Denver, Colorado. We pull up to SD and I speak with the service writer Jonathan, as he quickly begins surveying my vehicle. Jonathan expressed his concern for us 'already getting a rental because' . . . , as he reaches under the hood, 'these are usually' . . . "Yep! Right there". "Because I could've got you outta here in an hour and a half". Long story short, we kept the rental and Jonathan, at first, reluctantly agreed to store the vehicle for two weeks while we roadtrip in a comfortable rental without breakdown worries again. I did agree to an additional ~$350 service diagnostic to kinda help with keeping my truck for those two weeks. Upon return from our trip, I was swiftly settled with my writer and I asked about obtaining different decals I see they had on display. The writer (sorry, didn't get his name) showed me some stuff they had in their showroom and gave me a t-shirt of my choice, just not all sizes and colors. I found something that shows off their cool logo well. These guys are the legit diesel hot rod shop. Great service! Dicks”

“This is the only place in the valley to get your hydraulic hose needs met. Not only is the Pirtek hose much stronger (our shop purchased these for crush resistance for electrical cords, and it works better than we anticipated!), but these guys can get you fixed fast! I had a hose (manufactured in Italy with German fittings) for a German made sheet metal folder, wouldn't you know? Only this shop was able to create a new hose to get our machine running! They looked at the connectors on my leaking hose and said, "I've got the German metric connectors, but the hose diameter will be thicker." Can you see why I trust these guys to take care of our hose issues? One look, 5 seconds in, and there was an answer. Less than an hour later, I am on my way back to the shop with a new hose that fits like a glove. Do not waste time looking for "deals" or the best "value." You can't beat quality products and customer service that puts a smile on your face every time you walk in! What are you waiting for?”

Bud and his team tirelessly worked on my daughter’s truck until the very end. The damage from her truck was severe and needed a part that was difficult to find due to back orders from Toyota. Bud worked so hard with our insurance company, and Toyota to get this part for the vehicle. He was extremely communicative and his staff was always there to answer any questions. He updated us every step of the way. I wouldn’t take a car or truck to anyone else! I would highly recommend them. We are so lucky to have found him through our insurance company. He explained the process to us and delivered the best results. You truly can’t find shops like this and people who care this much anymore.
