“I love this studio! I will be coming here more frequently since I have family that live out in the west valley, but I really loved my first experience working out at this location. The women at the front desk were so kind and helpful. This location also does have updated equipment on the treadmills and the rowers as well as plenty of fans to keep the room cool.
I really enjoyed working out under Clarisa’s training. She has the BEST voice and energy for this - not only is she super motivational, but her voice keeps everyone in the room engaged. She also walks around and assists people in ways that are helpful to them and aren’t distracting to those around them. I’ve been to a few Orangetheory locations where the trainers have not been engaged or helpful and it made me feel less motivated, but that was far from the case here.

“CrossFit Incendia is a magical place filled with STELLAR coaches (Lacey & Cliff) & Kind/Helpful people (Izzy, Kara, Adam & many names I can’t remember) that make you feel WELCOME. I was on Vacation, picked this Box based on the pictures, reviews & location & Boy did I choose wisely!!! I was intimidated (I’m 54 & No Alpha), but really wanted to try this place out & get in some “Work”. I will now go again next year for ALL 7-Days & not just 4. The owner David kept in contact with me & could not have been nicer. BOTH coaches knew I was only visiting, but actually coached me! They cared about the moves I was doing & that I was doing things safely & accurately. It is truly the Incedia members & positive environment that really spoke to me. I couldn’t wait to come back each morning. If you are looking for a new Box or a place to try out CrossFit……THIS is the place for YOU!!! I wish I lived in AZ & could WOD here daily!!! “Hands down the BEST cheer gym in the valley!!! There are a couple of other gyms much closer to me (I'm in North Phoenix/Scottsdale), and I make the drive to Arizona Element in Peoria. The coaches and staff are all wonderful. They are kind and have highly credible cheer experience. The parents and kids are awesome, too. I haven't witnessed any drama. Everyone has been loving and supportive towards us. My 7 year old daughter loves going to their tumbling classes, and I don't mind paying since they are VERY affordable! We are beyond grateful and blessed to have this gym in the valley. Highly recommend!!!”

“Ive been a member here for about 2 years. Ive previously had a membership at EOS and LifeTime. SmartGym is small but does not feel cluttered or full during peak hours. The members are very respectful and typically clean up after themselves. The owner and employees are also very aware and interactive with the members. The restrooms are well-kept, and i havent come across anyone slamming their weights in the freeweight section. I love that its a 24 hour gym. I sometimes come in late at night and theres only one or two more people.”

“Emily and team in the kids club do an amazing job. She clearly pays attention and hires quality staff so you feel super comfortable when you drop off your kids during a workout. I’ve been to multiple Mountainsides and can say with confidence I always prefer this location when I have my kids with me just for the childcare staff alone.”

“Great gym! I was going to Mountainside Fitness, but didn't like that machines seemed to constantly break down or need adjustment and it would take weeks for them to address it. Lifetime is much cleaner and anything that breaks has been fixed by the next time I have gone in, which is usually every other day. This place is expensive though. I still find it worth the money.”

“True Results has the best program and awesome trainers. I was terribly out of shape with multiple pain issues when we started going a little more than 3 months ago. I kept hurting myself whenever I would try to work out. We could barely do many of the exercises on "the board", but they worked us through easier exercises to build us up to where we now are doing all of the "board" exercises. They change up the "board" weekly, so we are always learning new exercises. Most importantly, we are doing the exercises correctly. Much of what we were doing on our own was simply not good for us, that's why we kept injuring ourselves.Matt is our main guy, but Brooke, Katie, Gino, Brian and Zach are all great people who will motivate you to get in shape!GO TR TRAINING!THANK YOU.”
