“The vehicle was good with low mileage. The next day after pick up the vehicle "change engine oil soon" displays for the entire period. This caused the operator to have to push reset button each time the vehicle starts. Another problem, dashboard flashes "red light" every now and then. Sometimes it hesitate as if the engine is ready to shut off. Finally, the rental shop either forgot to provide vehicle registration documents or intentionally left if out. If accident should happen the driver have no document that pointed to "enterprise rent-a-car" as the owner. Nothing inside vehicle to show the owner if accosted by the authority or in case of accident. This practice needs to change or modify. Overall experience with the vehicle is a good. --Femi Akinpelu”

“I had goofed and made a reservation at a neighboring car rental agency for the wrong day. They didn't have any cars left on the day we needed it, so we drove over to this AVIS and tried. The gentleman was so nice and accommodating. He had to override a couple things because they cut off walk-in rentals at a certain time on Saturdays and we arrived past that time. He got us the car but then said that the computer kept assigning it as a week-long rental even though we just needed it a couple days. He had to do a little more over-riding to get it where we needed it. Its quite possible he charged us the weekly rate when we drove off with the car. However, there was a little bit refunded when we returned it, so I think it eventually evened out. The guy working that day saved my behind because all rental places close early on Saturday and we didn't have time to try out another place if AVIS didn't have anything for us. I'm so grateful for this location pulling through.”

“I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car but was disappointed that the local "store" would not put "antifreeze" in the windshield washer system. I had to buy my own product to add to the resevoir, saving me the hassle of dealing with a broken system and saving Enterprise a large repair bill. I was taking the car to Colorado where I know temperatures would be below freezing. When I asked the "store" to prevent the windshield washer fluid from freezing, they looked at me like I had two heads.”

Business men who know what they are doing and don’t waste your time or charge crazy deposits. You’re not going to get people here you can demand things from because at the end of the day it’s business but if you handle yours and make your payments they take good care of you, make sure you have what you need and are willing to accommodate as needed and as they are able. The are great with communicating. I’m so happy I found them on Google because they have been life savers for me. Even the mechanic is great there and very hospitable. I know I don’t pay these guys to give me kindness but they have been beyond kind. Just go in. Its a simple process and I’m not renting from anywhere else. These cars are perfect on gas too! I love it!”

“I did not even come to this location for myself, but I was so grateful to the staff and how they helped my aunt with her issue that I wanted to make sure to leave a positive note.My aunt flew in and got a rental from the airport and on the following morning we noticed a great deal of body damage and a huge amount of tire damage which sent my aunt in to a panic that avis might say it was her fault and she would be responsible for it, etc. And she was resigned ti the possibility that this would cost her a lot of money and time, but I suggested since we were in surprise to just go to the local avis and see what her options were, I did not want her driving with that tire.For as much panicking as we did, upon arrival, the staff greeted us kindly, examined the car and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. They were so nice and understanding and thorough...it was actually a NICE experience.”

“This Budget location at Hampton Inn and Suites in Goodyear AZ. They are super fast and very friendly... I have rented from them a couple of times now. Vehicles were clean and they have a variety to choose from if need be. It's convenient being near the I-10 and they have a key drop off if you need to return after hours or before it opens. “What a fantastic group of people at the Glendale, AZ Enterprise location. I was in need of a rental car over the holidays so I went online and everywhere I looked, there were no cars available except at the airport (which is such a pain unless you're flying in from somewhere). On a chance I called the Enterprise number and they did have cars available at the Glendale location right up the street from me! I booked my reservation and picked up the car with no hassles at all! I even got a free upgrade when no full size vehicles were available. Thank you for making my holidays complete! I will always come back to this location!”
