Drea at the front counter helped me get an appointment for the next morning after my AC went out and I received a full report of the issue within a few hours! Mike was very helpful on the process, and explained to me why upgrading to a single mass flywheel and aftermarket clutch would be beneficial since I do daily the car with the occasional autocross. 6 months later, clutch went out again. Found a faulty slave cylinder and he even got the clutch company to warranty my clutch! During the process, I'd check in. While looking around, him and his team even showed me some old hot rodding tricks to get my drag truck running better. “My car broke down on Christmas Eve, the day after Christmas we took it to a place close by that was unfriendly and were given a $4400 quote with little explanation. One of the items on the list was for brakes and we remembered having a good experience at this Brakes Plus in the past, so we took our car there for a 2nd opinion. They do way more than just fix brakes! The service guys were all so nice and explained the reasoning behind everything that we needed done. Between 4 tires at Discount and the repairs at Brake Plus, we were safely back on the road for $2200...half the price quoted at the first place!”

“I retired after 45 years from the auto service business a couple years ago. I always ask around when traveling and check online independent reviews. Wilhelm Automotive came highly respected. I spoke with Tony M. and he was very personable kept me informed and I appreciate that. I knew my warped front rotors were causing the steering shake when braking. I also knew the rotors had enough material remaining so they wouldn't need replaced. Tony had said they would let me know if the needed machining would render them too thin. When he called after inspection was completed he said they would be able to machine them. Other places I know would have told me they need replaced. I would have taken my business away. Thanks Tony, store#1157 on Happy Valley. Also for my Bluegreen friends, I walked the 2 miles back to Cibola Vista after leaving it for repairs and then walked back to get my van in the afternoon.
