About 4 years ago I had to have a battery replaced. When the manager checked he said I had one more day on my warranty so there was no charge. Talk about honesty so I only go to O’Reilly for my auto parts.”

“As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The guy (I didn't get his name) was super nice and helped me pick out windshield wipers - he told me the sales and didn't try to upsell me. He looked up the correct ones for my car and even put the windshield wipers on for me. Great experience.”
