“I came here to buy, and have installed, a battery for a Muslim brother of mine. I would have given it five stars but the agent didn't offer me the option of buying a bracket for the battery. Some people would consider that to be good customer service because they don't want to be over sold. For me, I think that the offer should have been made since the brother needs a battery bracket. His is through.
The lobby of the place was decent and there were a number of handy things for sale. The agent was a nice guy, fairly straight forward and to the point. I didn't have to wait long. I was offered a number of battery options from standard to top of the line. I put the battery in my Muslim brother's name in case he needed to use the warranty. Other than that, I use Interstate batteries because I think they're the best.
I felt like the location was way out of the way but I am the type that is willing to go out of my way for a quality product. If you are in the area and want to grab a top notch car battery, I would say that you should give this location a try.”

“Excellent service. Due to a shoulder Injury im unable to use my right are so I took my car in to have the.battery replaced. All I did was mention that I needed help and it was done for me. About 4 years ago I had to have a battery replaced. When the manager checked he said I had one more day on my warranty so there was no charge. Talk about honesty so I only go to O’Reilly for my auto parts.”
