“This O'Reilly's has become my "Go To" auto parts store since they opened. The employees consistently go above and beyond to find the items that I need and offer advice. For example, last year I needed a new battery for my 2017 Mazda Miata. While he was installing the new one, he advised me to remove the thermal enclosure around the battery, explaining that it was installed to keep the battery warm in cold climates. In Arizona it causes the battery to run hotter and shortens its life. Little things like that are excellent customer service!”
“It’s a great shop to find those odd sizes and kinds of batteries. They even have old fashioned fingernail cleaning brushes! One of those things I never remember to buy. And their knowledge about the “what to’s” and “what for’s” is large. It’s so different than being in an anonymous big-box store.”
