Great place to stay. Everyone is so friendly. Great price for laundry on site. So helpful. I couldn't back in my camper so they did it for me. I can't say enough good about being here. Love the people here. ?

Place looks well maintained. I was there visiting a friend on Thanksgiving. Very close to Roosevelt lake, which has a lot of water this year thanks to winter snow runoff.

Stayed there 6 months...loved it...quiet..a little cool...in Winter..wore a night cap to bed...Friendly people...friendly Elk...

Daily and Weekly include electric. Monthly and Annual pay their own metered electric. Clean laundry room, rest rooms w/showers, clubhouse with coffee bar, TV area, Clubhouse Kitchen. Beautiful views of Tonto National Forest and frequent visits from wildlife including deer and moose
