Nice quiet 55+ RV Resort. The owners have been doing many property maintenance improvements. Like Remodeling the community center, with on site laundry facilities and there are new park models available. Located conveniently just south of State Hwy 260.

My good good friend just moved up here to escape the heat in the valley. Seems like a really nice place for him.

Besides having to tow a dui arrest at 4 am it was very quiet . Assuming all heavy sleepers due to the fact that not one person came outside.

Houston Creek RV Resort is a 55+ FHU, Resort Style Community for RV's and Park Models. .We have daily, weekly, monthly and annual rates. Included in the space rent is Cable, Trash, Water, Sewer. Daily and Weekly includes electric, Monthly and Annual pays their own metered electric. Large Clubhouse with WiFi Hotspot, 2 billiard tables, sitting area with large TV, and Kitchen for potlucks and event diners. Large screened in porch area for crafts, games and socializing. We get visits from frequent wildlife in the area, including deer and elk. Many of our guests stay year round but a lot are "SunBirds" that come up to get away from the Phoenix/Tucson heat in the summer. Come by for a visit and talk with managers.
