“I brought Sparkle Cleaners a Tapestry my mom received from her father in the early 1970’s, and was worried it couldn't be cleaned. Sparkles took in the tapestry and it was cleaned in less than a week. It looks like brand new when i opened it up.
I was very please and happy with the employees there also; very friendly and accommodating. Im going to bring all of my dry-cleaning needs to Sparkles. Thank you”

“I used this service for both of my kids. I love so many aspects of it! 1. You don't ever have to run to the store to get diapers. 2. I feel much more ecologically conscious- I couldn't put that many diapers in the landfill. 3. It made cloth diapers easy and manageable.To answer common questions:The diaper pail really does control the scent entirely! We have a two-story so we have the main pail in our living room to avoid going up and down the stairs constantly- it doesn't smell!They are reliable and even when there's an issue (their van breaks down), they make every effort to remedy the situation immediately.They are accommodating of vacations. I'm sure this is a "within reason" situation, but I never had any issues.”

“Always clean and pleasant, great ice cream and carnaceria around the corner while you wait. Machines are always working and there are plenty available. I even like the parking.”
“Love it they are awesome and they reward People for using there laundry Mat . All's you have to do is ask them if you can get a card that they punch out how many loads you have done . After ten loads you can get a free wash on next visit. Also it is one of the cleanest laundry store that have seen. So be the next time you do laundry try this place you won't be let down that's for sure. Scale one to ten I give them a ten .”
“A good laundromat with a lot of large and extra-large machines and new single-loaders. On any given day, there are usually a few machines that are out of commission, but I've seen other laundromats that are worse. It is not too busy on Monday afternoons; at least it wasn't yesterday. Staff is generally helpful and friendly.”

“Took my beautiful white down comforter to Twin Peaks cleaners about a year ago and when I picked it up it had these brown marks all over it. When I asked about it the owner yelled at me and they claimed my blanket was stained - and would not give me refund. See stained “clean” blanket in first photo.Took it to Dove Mountain cleaners a few months later and it was beautiful and white again. (See second photo).Just took it in for a second time, but this time there was a spot from my little dog getting sick on it- and they are very kind helpful and courteous and it’s perfectly clean.Bonus! Plus, they don’t even charge as much as Twin Peaks did!”

“This is the best coin laundry in Tucson. There are many high efficiency washing machines of serval different load capacities available. Most importantly, there is always someone there to assist you if you need help or you want to drop off laundry service. I'll give two thumbs up to Marsha who is always pleasant and cheerful.
I've been disappointed lately in all the broken, out of order machines though. They stayed broken over a long time. Lately, I noticed some of the broken washers have been replaced and now there is a row of new and attractive dryers. The washers work great but the dryers don't dry. Even at twice the amount of money to dry my regular laundry loads my clothes were still damp. Kind of a rip-off. I suggest the owner re-calibrate the heat settings on the new dryers.
I hope someday to rate this business at 5 stars but not yet. 3 stars for the machines,5 stars for the customer service and 4 stars overall.”
“Great prices and fast service. I had some last-minute dry cleaning that needed to be done. Then I took 2 pairs of work boots over to be fixed. Extremely happy with the outcome”

Minimum seating. 15$ for four loads with hot water. Hot water price not included on price posted on machine.You can tell owner cares about this place.”

“It was great. I met two new laundromat users...one who says he isn't new; but we had not met. And one lady who said she hasn't needed to use a laundromat in 40 years. And truthfully: she was releaning the process. We had a positive "cheer" for Kamala as I left. Just an impromptu, "go, Kamala!" This place used to be called "Dolly's" laundromat. So there you go!”

“I just picked up my new gray coat I brought to her to hem the sleeves and dry clean. She was very kind and explained the options she could do. She had it ready exactly when she said she would and she did a fantastic job! It wasn’t an easy one due to buttons and slit on the sleeve but she made it look great! She definitely won me over as a customer and I will bring all of my dry cleaning and alterations only to her! Thank you!”
