“When my favorite scarf didn't come back with my other cleaned items Sparkle Cleaners did the right thing. They immediately called someone at the plant to trace the scarf. The next day they emailed me to say the scarf had been found. Then emailed me to say it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up they didn't charge me for cleaning it because temporarily losing it was their fault. What wonderful customer service. Definitely a five star business.”

I was then called out for a work emergency and didn't realize I missed a load. They emailed me and not only did they put the clothes in dryers for me but I could pay using the app! Awesome people.”

“I used this service for both of my kids. I love so many aspects of it! 1. You don't ever have to run to the store to get diapers. 2. I feel much more ecologically conscious- I couldn't put that many diapers in the landfill. 3. It made cloth diapers easy and manageable.To answer common questions:The diaper pail really does control the scent entirely! We have a two-story so we have the main pail in our living room to avoid going up and down the stairs constantly- it doesn't smell!They are reliable and even when there's an issue (their van breaks down), they make every effort to remedy the situation immediately.They are accommodating of vacations. I'm sure this is a "within reason" situation, but I never had any issues.”

“I always have a great experience when I go to Sew-What! The very nice man who works there always has good advise and will be honest with me when something can’t or doesn’t need to be tailored. The tailoring itself is always done well and in a short amount of time. I’ve had jeans, OCPs, and Blues tailored here and have never had anything come out bad. I only wish that Sew-What advertised their prices, but other than that it’s a great tailor shop!”

“Clean, plenty of machines and they have the PayRange app for ALL machines! I went to another place and they only had payrange for the dryers. The Staff is super friendly and helpful.They even have wash and fold service. Minimum order is $15, $1.50 per pound up to 50 pounds. Then it drops to $1.40 for every pound over 50. That does not accept payrange but that's okay. I don't mind driving across town to use their services! I'll be back!”

On any given day, there are usually a few machines that are out of commission, but I've seen other laundromats that are worse. It is not too busy on Monday afternoons; at least it wasn't yesterday. Staff is generally helpful and friendly.”

“Love it they are awesome and they reward People for using there laundry Mat . All's you have to do is ask them if you can get a card that they punch out how many loads you have done . After ten loads you can get a free wash on next visit. Also it is one of the cleanest laundry store that have seen. So be the next time you do laundry try this place you won't be let down that's for sure. Scale one to ten I give them a ten .”

“I accidentally left a black cartridge ink pen into the washer and dryer . The cap of the pen came off in the dryer and blasted all 10 of my uniform shirts, I thought they were ruined, $500.00 down the drain! I thought about Sparkle Cleaners and before throwing them out I thought I’d give them a shot at removing the ink. They did it! They came out clean and I was so relieved!! Thank You Sparkle!!”

“There was this one time I needed to fix the zipper on a snow jacket this was on a Thursday and we had plans to leave Friday afternoon to the Polar Express which happened to be snowing. I didn't realize the zipper was broken till that Thursday. I went to like 6 main stores in town and the cheapest jacket was 200.00 and they were not even thick like our was. When I got there I told them what had happened and how important/urgent it was to get it fixed. They fixed it by the next day Friday morning. Ever since that day I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only that they're prices are reasonable. KUDDOS! Keep up the GREAT! service you give to your customers .”
