“All personnel have been nothing but kind and helpful. My only issue is with the drive through windows. They are often closed or very slow. No big deal to go in but... I guess there is just not as much need for the windows these days. Also, doing business locally is always nice.”

“Had to post this here since yelp has not updated their database to include the Catalina branch. I did my research and this credit union has great ratings. I went to the Catalina branch where Kimberly set up my checking and savings accounts. Not only was she warm and friendly but professional at the same time. Shawn, the branch manager, even came in to welcome me to the branch and to see if I had any questions for her. The process was quick and efficient but I never felt like I was being rushed. The same goes for their teller Kathie. As I was making my first deposit she made sure to explain my deposit slip to me. I would definitely recommend!”

“I went with the person buying my vehicle to finish up the transfer of ownership since he was getting a loan. Alex was awesome. None of the docs were prepared and it was 10 minutes til close. He and Teresa stayed late to help get it taken care of promptly so that I could walk out of there with a cashiers check. They were all very friendly and professional!”

She commucated all the time, worked with the dealership, got literally everything handled. I have to say I haven't experienced this level of customer service and care in years.
