“Jenni Zimmerman is amazing to work with, she's responsive, a great communicator, and knows the mountain like none of us in downtown Tucson can. Yet she is warm and welcoming to buyers agents coming up to summerhaven with clients who want a little magic for their own! ❄️?️”

“I can't check professional because staying at 3C Ranch was like staying with friends. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was exactly like the picture and we would love to return for another stay!”

“I visited the property while my husband was attending a conference here. It was my second time in Arizona and my first visit to Tucson. The resort is surrounded with such beauty. An easy walk in property brings you along a stream, to a butterfly garden, and a waterfall. I took a few hours to hike the trail into the canyon which you can get to from the parking lot. The resort does a nice job to post signs with both the foliage and wildlife which is abundant. As a bird lover, I enjoyed the variety of birds I saw. The staff at the hotel were all pleasant, however, I think like many places after COVID, they may be slightly understaffed. The adult pool was so relaxing and quiet. I do wish the food options were a little more accessible.”

“The hotel was packed for our Saturday night stay. A great place for families and there is plenty of room for sleeping and good breakfast selections. The rooms were updated since my last stay 9 years ago. The wood furniture is the same but the carpet, paint, shower, and soft goods are relatively new. In my opinion, the social hour can be skipped. I would rather pay for decent beer or wine versus Bud and Sutter's. The salty snacks are a poor dinner replacement. The views of the foothills from some rooms and the lounge are extremely beautiful. This is my favorite Tucson neighborhood.”

“Beautiful location with incredible pools and amemities. Literal outdoor museum throughout the property, drawing attention to the native plants and wildlife.A cute, fearless roadrunner let us video him to our delight. So many cactus varieties everywhere we walked!Don't miss the waterfall pool. So refreshing and unique.Rooms: Not fancy, but modern and mostly well maintained. Our toilet overflowed once though.”
