WoodSpring Suites Mesa Chandler is a nice new extended stay hotel with excellent accommodations that opened in June 2023. Many guests highlight great and exceptional customer service from the polite, outgoing, and responsive staff and management. The rooms are nice and feature a full-size fridge, stove top, and great laundry. It is a dog-friendly property in a convenient and walkable location near a QT, with low crime and a police station nearby for safety. However, some experiences were negative, with reports of dirty hallways and beds, and receiving the wrong clean sheets. One guest found the management very short, rude, not welcoming, and disrespectful. While many recommend it as the best extended stay in the area, others state it was the worse hotel ever and will not stay there again.

Diane is the best! Our room smelled funny when we get here and she clocked back in to clean our room! She is a gem!
