“So thankful to have found this store! They have wonderful and unique gift options. This is a great place to go to find a gift or something nice for yourself. Locally made art and jewelry, a huge variety of teas (some I had never even seen before), candles and cute clothing options too. Nothing is overpriced either, very reasonable pricing. I found everything I needed for a friends birthday, even got a beautiful handmade gift bag to put it all in. The owner was absolutely lovely and helped me put the gift together. The whole store smells amazing, and they also had great music playing too ?I will definitely be returning!!”

“First off let me say I live 5 hours away from Mesa Arizona. We came to visit my husband's father and my husband insisted we try and find some clothes for myself because I never buy any. Clothes shopping is very difficult for me because I have a swelling disorder called lymphedema of the lower half of my body. It's very difficult to find pants to fit my calves and thighs and then actually fit my waist because my waist is normal size. So if the pants fit my legs they're too big in the waist you get the idea. We came to the mall and I was completely defeated at macy's, JC Penny's .. all the stores.. I was kind of avoiding Torrid because I thought they were just for the younger crowd I'm 62 by the way. My husband insisted and right when we walked in the door I had a great experience with Mirabelle. We explained the situation and she just kept pulling clothes off the rack for me to try on and it was just wonderful. I found three pairs that actually fit over my wraps I have to wear on my legs. They were a tiny bit big in the waist but there's a drawstring so it's okay. Maribel was kind, sweet, knowledgeable about Torrid's products and just generally a very sweet person. The pants were a bit pricey but I didn't care I would have bought more if there would have been more colors. I felt included after I left there that there was actually stuff in the world for me. Thank you so much. She recognized my husband's service and gave us a military discount also.”

“Shout out to Ashlynn for having me in and out in less than 10 minutes with two perfect fitting pairs of pants. Never in my entire 37 years have I had a shopping experience like this. I LOATHE pants shopping for a number of reasons, and she had me in a size 3 sizes smaller than what I thought I was in. The first two pairs she gave me were absolute perfection. I’m still baffled that I was in and out so quickly without the nightmare of searching for and trying on 5 different fits.

“This store is the best! I was searching all over online for a certain Old West frock coat (the "Tombstone coat" by Frontier Classics) and Wild West Mercantile had my size in stock for a better price than I saw elsewhere (and besides most of those places didn't have my size in stock). I'm a retired non-tech-savvy person and the woman who answered the phone at Wild West Mercantile was super helpful and walked me through the online ordering process. Shipping was very reasonable and I got the coat much faster than I anticipated. When the coat arrived I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric has a quality soft feel that I wouldn't have expected at that price, and the tailoring/workmanship was perfect. Five stars! The coat is actually for a character I'll be doing (who was originally played by Jeff Daniels, who got an Emmy for the role) in case you're wondering about the strange outfit I'm wearing the Tombstone coat with.”

“Excellent prices for stuff. For example: Their men's dress shoes are just as good as any stores shoes. Any dress shoe requires a good replacement insole. Their sports workout clothes are a wonderful value. I look great at the gym. Vist frequently, it may be gone the next day.”
“They have a decent selection of men's clothing for very reasonable prices. Earned Kohl's bucks shopping on one weekend and saved $50 the next weekend using them for a few additional things. A lot of items on sale. Customer service was good at checkout.”
