“This Uhaul helped me so much on a stressful moving day, most specifically Lindsay. We talked on the phone so many times throughout the day having to change my contract last minute due to no fault of hers. She stayed late for me to complete all my paperwork and worked as efficiently as she could providing frequent updates. She was amazing and helped my day go as smoothly as possible given less than ideal circumstances.”

“The whole process on buying a car from them remotely out of town was very seamless and easy to do. Jeff the sales person was very accommodating, transparent, and clear throughout the entire process. I’m not sure why the negative reviews paint a different picture but my experience has been very positive. Communication was clear and they were very responsive to my calls and emails. Vehicle Was in very good shape when I picked it up. They were also very accommodating to work with me on a pick up date. I would highly recommend them as a source for business or service vehicle purchases. Thank you Jeff for being so accommodating and helpful throughout the process.”

“I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”

“I have dealt with Millenium on & off for years. After reading several of the reviews, I felt the need to throw in my two cents. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been kind, professional & very accommodating. I firmly believe that any negative reviews are a result of lessees not honoring their end of their contracts, and they're simple. Millenium has ALWAYS been reasonable & accountable when there was a hiccup on their end. I have nothing but good things to say about them.”

“I'm here now. Battery died on me yesterday. They came out, not usual service, when I had nobody to help me. Taught me about the charge devices. They had me come in to charge battery and fix lights. Noticed a mechanical issue with wheels and quickly had me come next day to have that fixed.Been driving for nearly 40 years and I have to say this is a great service at a reasonable cost based on how much you save on gas, monthly oil changes, and maintenance. If you drive like me at 6,000 miles a month..; I'm not complaining.Ok: It only took 1 hour to fix and back to normal. Fantastic!”

“Didnt rent from this location, i called 7 other locations near me, since my home location never answered, to ask 2 simple questions, tried for over 3 hours and nobody answered or called back out of those locations. This location, Jonathan answered immediately and was very professional, he was also able to answer my questions that my home store didnt because they never answered. If I were to rent again I would go straight to this location because they are there and ready to take your business. Thank you Jonathan for caring about your costumers.”
