“This place is insanely huge and as everything from hot tubs and all terrain vehicles to golf clubs, hats, food, best cream puffs, just a fun place with lots of vendors. Plan several hours if you want to see the whole thing. Maybe even all day.”

This is a high traffic area close to the 60, but there are plenty of reasons to make it a place to check out.”

“This place has great food the wings, chicken sandwiches and burgers are delicious. Reminds me of a Hooters. The waitresses were friendly and fast with drinks and food, the Alcohol beverages were priced reasonably and were very good. I will definitely be returning soon.”

“I believe I went to The Ponderosa MMJ dispensary this trip. This shopping center is big. The stores are new, all new asphalt and buildings. There's a Walmart in here and the Ponderosa dispensary is a great place for this location! I live at the 101 & Warner and this shopping center is very easy to travel in and out of. Big parking lot, busy place!”

“The Macayos here is a great place to eat. There is also a violin store and bridal shop amongst various others. The best part is you can walk right up a little path to the lake. There are turtles, fish and ducks along with a park across the way in the neighborhood.
Great place for a beautiful little day of feeding the ducks, playing in the park and catching some sun.”

“Went to Target and this was the 2nd time in a very long time and it was for my granddaughters, not for myself. I was shocked at all the messes on the floors there. Lots if stuff that had been spilled and dropped. There was also a great deal of merchandise in the clothing section that was laying on the floor. Must not have enough associates to walk through and tidy up. It's really a shame that it makes the place seem quite shabby.”

“There are many vacancies here but I see where they are making improvements to the property. Hopefully they will be able to bring in a few more businesses. For now they have Walgreens, Amadas Mexican food, Korean Barbque, hair salon and a Chinese food restaurant. Looking forward to see what they fill it with in the future.”

“Visited on a Wednesday afternoon and ordered and ate inside. We got tiny tacos and mint oreo shakes. The tiny tacos are a favorite, just take awhile to cool. Highly recommend with the avocado ranch. The shake was really thick and flavorful. The customer service person who assisted us was really nice and friendly but was not knowledgeable about rewards, points, or online coupons and not super helpful with that. Still, we enjoyed our food and service.”
“A cool little shopping center. The frys is open till 11 which is rare in this area. The whataburger is open 24 hours including lobby. The employees are great at letting people In to get water n use the bathroom.”
“My only complaint is the seats are not plus size friendly when it comes to the recliner. The button to recline should be on top not on the side where you can hit it. There is a button to make it not move but if you hit it due to your hips the seats move again. Just annoying when ur handicap and can't really adjust.”
“Plenty of parking here. I didn't see any grocery stores, however they do have a few eating spots including a cake spot, a cafe, a lounge, and even a pizza place. Everything was relatively easy to find.They also have a huge reception hall. There were also a salon and nail place too so you can get your self-care in here.Not the most aesthetic plaza but overall well-maintained and clean.”
