“I was forget what nice of a neighborhood this is. Living in North Phoenix has desensitized me to transients, drugs and crime. Today's Thanksgiving dinner was a great departure from that environment.”
“Their is a ranch market place in this plaza that is a little place of all your Mexican foods and goodies and their bread their sea food are amazing I love their fresh made tortillas with their home made fried chicken omg its delicious!!.”
“Kura is such a fun and delicious place to eat with my kids. After 15 plates have been deposited. A toy will drop down. Daiso is a cute store of a lot of Japanese items.”
“My granddaughter and I went to lunch here and we were served like we were queens. It was my birthday and they gave us a complementary dessert. What a special time!”
“Joshua was our sales representative at this location and he was awesome with my 82 year old father and myself. He was also very patient with us and very helpful.A+Thank you for everything.Kathleen Sawyer”

“I had a great experience joining Vasa Fitness. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. What sold me on joining was that it wasn't overcrowded (being a newbie this was important to me) and it was clean. The bathrooms/locker rooms and machines were all well maintained.”
“Lunch special was $12. Shredded beef burrito with rice and beans that was a decent amount for the price. Chips with three kinds of salsa and beans were given before we ordered. You get a plain or cinnamon sopapilla as dessert with your meal.”

“My nephew & I went to Nanay's. They have a good selection of delicious entrees. They have ample seating. The area was clean. The staff members were friendly. We will visit again!”
“Large mall surrounded by restaurants and shops. Upscale and probably has anything you need. Theater and food and more food. Barnes and Nobel book store as well as many clothing stores. Several department stores, food court and nearby big box stores. Recently Scheels opened a huge store there. It has a Ferris wheel inside and an ice cream shop. Every outdoor item that is imaginable. There are also the Harkins movie theaters attached, and a Best Buy in the parking lot plus two barbeque restaurants.”
“They are always super friendly and always have available not so busy when I come . They done a great job with my son's fades and always getting the girls haircut on point.”
“Went with friends to try to go to Cold Beers etc., but they were overloaded, so they stepped over to Oregano's. The restaurant was pretty good, but not as good as Olive Garden. OG leads off with soup or salad to your brim. I have the pasta soup with a bread stick or two. For the entree, I have chicken parmigiana normally. I have them make it with angel hair and all meat sauce, so that's what I had at Oregano's. No soup, no salad included. Extra charge for using meat sauce. I guess they have to order it in from an external source. One item that I can heartily endorse is the garlic bread that came with the food. It's extremely good, or at least the piece on my plate was. Something that needs help is drink service. I ordered Pepsi with no ice. It took a while to arrive. Well before I ran out, I took the opportunity to ask for a refill, trying to get it in reasonable time since our waitress was not in range much. I ate enough to require a take home box. Still no Pepsi. I put the empty glass on top of the box near the closest edge of the table. Had to remind her about the refill with her inches from the empty glass. Instead of hopping to that easy (and delayed) chore, she gathered some plates from the table and took them off. I began to believe the refill wasn't coming when she finally showed up with it. We were all but done and fortunately I had a small insulated canister for the refill to go home with me. The quality of the chicken was below par, especially in comparison with Olive Garden's. Well, the other members of the group are aware of what I think of Oregano's. We won't cross it off the list, but it's not likely to be a destination any time soon, especially if Olive Garden is an option. I hope this gets the attention of Oregano's capo. Maybe they'll choose to get a little better at customer service. The waitress should have brought me the requested Pepsi AND a refill at the same time if she is too busy to bring the second one when the first one drew empty. I also had to ask for more sauce when the plates were delivered. Two tablespoons more sauce wouldn't hurt the restaurant and would have given me the correct amount for the plate. My companions seemed to be satisfied with their food. I saw that their plates had plenty of sauce on each. It makes a difference. Two of them had water to drink and got refills in a timely manner. One had iced tea and got his refill(s). I noticed that the waitress even asked him if he wanted more and brought it in a to go cup. She could have brought me another for my canister, but no more was forthcoming. I believe the price for the Pepsi was $3.39 from memory of it being mentioned by the member who had the bill. Fry's market sells their brand of cola for $1 per 2 liter bottle. I know it's not an equal comparison, but the point is that soft drinks in restaurants have skyrocketed over the last couple years. I could choose water for free but I believe a restaurant visit should entail buying a normal amount of products, including drinks. Cups are reused, so the net cost of the soft drink is a small amount of flavored syrup and some carbonation. The cost to the restaurant is dwarfed by the price charged. I'm happy to pay if the associated service is on par.”
“I was greeted by name after only being here two other times. I was in for a crown and two fillings. I could not believe I could obtain a crown in one sitting. I always needed to wait at least a week with a temp crown. The tech and dentist were so professional and personable. I was in and out in less than two hours. Oh and the front filling was done using a laser so I didn't even need a second numbing shot. Overall, a wonderful experience!”

He's not wearing a silly costume or shirt that says owner, he's low key. I think he just loves his customers!I am a soda coneseour and this place has the best sodas from across North America and Mexico! I mean, you think that a soda is discontinued for 15 years, but they got it here!I enjoy my shopping experience here!”

“Pretty good small mall. Not many choices to go to though. But have gone to the black barber shop and sassy beauty. My boyfriend goes there every once in a while to get a haircut there since he has thick black curly hair and they do a good job. Also sassy beauty is also a nice place to go to, they mostly have hair product. But really nice people overall in both places”
“PITA SOULVI.... We love their food, the atmosphere, the service and the staff. We moved farther away and even though its not close by it's still worth the drive”
“A decent shopping center with ample parking. I came here to go to the edge salon for a manicure. I had never been here before, but it seemed to have a good variety of stores and restaurants. Located on Alma School Road.”
“This shopping center has a lot of stores and restaurants and is easy access off Gilbert or Germann with multiple entry and exit points. My main pain point with this center is the poor design by Chick-fil-A and In-and-Out. Two very popular drive through's and the design makes for those who are parked to get stuck and just bad traffic congestion due to the long lines at the drive throughs.”
“We went to Goodwill here. It's one with a better selection. I don't like what they have done since The COVID. They took away all the jewelry and jacked up all the prices. I know inflation...”
“Several convenient well ran businesses all in one place. Palm Beach Tan who's beds are the best beds you'll find on this side of town.. maybe the best around period not to mention their staff is very personable professional and keep the place so clean!A new salon that I'm told does hair brows and lashes has just come in called "The lash lab RX " (I'll have to find out more on this salon), A fitness center, Animal hospital, Pool supply store, Bosa Donuts, Arbor therapy center, Vision center and a Tax/Bankruptcy Lawyer located in this plaza as well. Very convenient. The plaza itself is well kept and easy access from the road.”
“Stone and Vine!!!! Come back time and time again, ALWAYS superb food, the salmon panini (requested to be served as a wrap) is the best! The best I say!! Soups are delicious, the turkey BLT wrap is to die for. The best lunch you'll have! Great service, outside dining in Chamber of Commerce weather is just too much!”
“We went to dine at this Japanese restaurant and the food and service was good. But the prices will kill you, so then stick to the specials. Otherwise they will stick it to you. ?”

They didn't want anything to do with me until I got cleaned and in all honesty that really hurt me and didn't motivate me at all to get clean. The staff stepped in and played a very positive role in my recovery. They even taught me to let all my grudges go and to mend my relationship with my family. Amazing people work here and I highly recommend them.”

“There's so many stores in Chandler Festival, and good stores. Several salons. There are restaurants and a Dollar General and a cool store called $5.⁵⁵ and under. I got a nice scratching post at $5.⁵⁵ today. There is a diamond jeweler in the plaza and so much more. Check it out everyone!”
