“Our moving team- Roosevelt, Robert and Rory were great. Arrived on time, were professional and courteous. We had a few hic-ups but they made everything work. Will (their supervisor?) came with another truck to help with the safe. As soon as he walked through the door he was berating his coworkers, then complaining LOUDLY at us that we didnt take all items out of the safe. I told him when I made the reservation I asked if those items were OK the lady said they were and he dramatically gestered with his arms "NOPE! ALL OF IT. OUT!" I said "oh. Sorry. I didn't realize that". He dramatically grestured again and said "Well, it's in the pre-move letter too!!!
Agyer hearing thay exchange my husband called him out for his behavior and attitude he apologized and when he walked up to our house he said a coworker "had totally just destroyed" the bottom of the door jam and he was mad. (FYI- he did hit the bottom of the door frame but it was maybe two small scratches? I couldnt really tell- on the already beat up garage door frame.)
Then he finally introduced himself as Will.
Regardless of what is happening it's NEVER ok to brerate and yell at your coworkers or employees in front of a client, nor is it OK to bark orders at your clients. Will was rude and extremely unprofessional. Our moving team busted their butt's and made the experience smooth and enjoyable and I would use them again if we move- but will require Will to not be present if they want our business.”

“Strap & Go Moving is amazing! We called last minute after original movers fell through but Martin was able to get us scheduled the very next day on a SUNDAY! He and Andrew showed up on time and got to work. They were so nice and a pleasure to work with. They even added an additional stop for us and dropped off donations at a nearby Goodwill. The pricing is fair, transparent and easy.

They were on time, so curious , Their drivers are wonderful, And I love the way they placed the containers. Not only how they placed them but the inside of the containers are so clean. “My experience with Pearson Moving was 5 star because of fair pricing, and good and responsive communication and flexibility with Bryan in scheduling. That being said, where the rubber meets the road is ultimately with the guys that show up in the truck. Blake, Douglas and Thomas did great work with what was supposed to be a 9 hour day turning out to be a 12 hour day.
They were professional, polite, congenial, responsive, flexible and efficient. Most of the moving experiences I have experienced in the past were either a disappointment or a disaster.
This is the way it is supposed to be done.”

“But then things kind of fell apart: got an email the week of Thanksgiving that our belongings were on their way to ND and would be delivering either before Thanksgiving or that weekend...I then messaged on 12/7/23 stating we still hadn't heard anything. Ace responded that the delivery is Sunday through Tuesday. I tried to track the move through King's link but nothing would load. Tried multiple times. I then messaged again on 12/12/23 letting King's know that my tracking didn't work nor had we heard from a driver or anyone in regards to the move; Ace responded that our driver was almost to ND! He replied again saying a radiator hose broke due to the high altitude. My husband used to have 9 trucks over the road trucking so we were getting a little nervous. I also messaged David to ask for assistance and he said they don't work Thanksgiving. That's fine except it's now mid December. Finally the driver Claude called me himself letting me know the truck was still in ARIZONA and that he'd be leaving that day or the next. Ace called me as well and still had the incorrect information saying the truck is close to you....which it absolutely was not!!! Claude did a fantastic job of keeping us updated but there's a lack of service for the in between of King's. I was so impressed at first so it was highly disappointing having people just reply to a concerned customer's inquiry without even bothering to look into things. Our items were delivered in great condition with thanks to Claude for taking the time to reach out to his customer.”

“We hired Alliance to move our residential furniture locally to our new home. We worked w/ Jim. The customer service was excellent from his first answering the phone as we inquired about their company, price and availability, to the elbow bump between us after the last piece of furniture was carefully placed in our new home and payment made. We had several very old antique/family heirloom pieces. Each was given special care the whole time on moving day. The crew worked very well together. Jim himself was there with the crew supervising and helping out accordingly. The house we moved in already had some furniture in it. They were very kind to move that furniture to a different places within the home! One guy had to take apart one of our storage style beds in the old home, and then he put it all back together perfectly in the new home. Each worker was eager to please and do an incredible job. At payment, the final price was less than the quote. We are very happy with this moving company and am pleased to give a top review. Will recommend them to anyone.”

“I am so impressed by Valley Firefighter Movers. They were running a few minutes late due to accidents on their route, I got a timely call. Brady and Seth were efficient, PATIENT and finished within the estimated time quoted. I highly recommend this company which supports our first responders. Plus, their pricing was the most reasonable of several companies to which I spoke. My move involved the relocation of a first floor 10x30 storage unit into a second floor 10x15 storage unit. I needed to rely on Brady to make things easily accessible. My spacial perception is challenged plus I have a broken arm. No worries. Brady professionally moved and relocated items several times to accommodate my needs. Plus, he and Seth were happy to help me repack some items and tape boxes, etc. Moving day and a broken arm don't work well together! I have been so stressed thinking about todays move. Brady and Seth took my every concern away! Bravo gentlemen, job fantastically done.”
