“The way I ended up with this moving company is the most ridiculous, Twilight Zone-y experience ever but after all is said and done, I am so happy it worked out this way.I had movers scheduled for Saturday and they didn't show. On Sunday morning I looked around on Thumbtack for movers and came across another company that I thought I called. Somehow I got in touch with Diane from A to Z who called me by my first name from the start. She said they would be there around 2 depending on the morning job. They were exactly on time. Diane had also mentioned she would be available by phone until 5pm for anything I might need.Mike and David moved me and they were incredible. It was 100 degrees that day. They were so great. They communicated well with me AND with each other. They worked very well together and when they ran into an issue they worked it out easily. “Efficient, effective, affordable, and amazingThey were done before I knew it. They moved my hot tub with skids. It didn't tear up the grass or pavers. Nothing was damaged and it was less expensive than I had expected. Note: they did not pack, they only moved.Follow up: I tried to use them again and was using the google search to look up the number. The first result was the one I used and it was not the right one. The movers that showed up acted like it was the same company, but their paid advertising actually hijacks the actual search results. Hard lesson learned because they sucked and were super expensive. I was willing to pay that price because I thought it was Always Professional. Note to self, make sure you're using who you think you're using...and make SURE it's Always Professional in Moving.”
