This store was so disorganized. Looked junky inside. Maybe they need more staff? I’ll try another Joann fabric next time. Staff was friendly but dang what a mess everywhere.

Customer service in the fabric department was horrible ? but they did have what I was looking for and because I only go to this location occasionally I won't make a big fuss

Ruben gets ⭐⭐⭐???he is wonderful always so cheerful. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything around the store. Very quick and friendly
