The attention is disgusting, they are not friendly nor do they really care about the public. The only nice agent is Carter. Up to a certain point I found the response of the agent in charge of this branch racist. If you are Latino and want to open an account, avoid this branch.

I just wanted to call and find out if they still had a drive through. I go through the long winded, automated system to finally select "5" for "all other inquiries". The phones rings about 5 or 6 times and the automated voice pops back on and says.. "Oh it appears all employees are assisting other people right now please hang up and call again later or call this 1800 number.... Goodbye". They won't even let me hold. JEEZE man.

Terrible customer service. They had 4 cashiers but only 2 helping customers even though there was a line of people waiting. 2 cashiers were standing off to the side chatting and laughing. We were there to open a new account but left and opened an account with a different bank; the other bank was very thankful for our business

Never answered phone after four hours of calling from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. I called the 800 number but I was told I had to go to the bank to order money for my trip to Europe.

My mom passed away, but the account is only my fathers that is retired. My mom’s social security check was going into my father’s account. We realized almost 2 months ago that his debit card wasn’t working. We went to chase to find out why. They told us that social security had it locked , frozen or whatever… so I figured to wait for my fathers social security interview. Which was not possible because his bills are not getting paid for 2 months now AND NOW HAS LATE FEES! So I went to the social security office just to find out that it’s against the law for social security to lock a bank account!!! I WAS ALSO TOLD BY THE WORKER THAT CHASE DOES THIS A LOT AND BLAMES IT ON SOCIAL SECURITY !!! We went to the bank I believe the 15th or the 16th AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIGURED ANYTHING OUT! While my 72 year old father has bills piling up along with late fees!! He has no other income and is Completely broke and stressed trying to make ends meet! Stay away from this bank!

I have been a customer for years 11 I think and for the past 2 days I have gone into the bank and tried to open a business account and the same female employee directs me to go online and do it there. The first day I guess it was time for her to be off because she followed us out. Today I said I needed help linking my accounts together and she said you can do that online just call the number I said this is the 2nd time I have been in here and you keep directing me on line "do you not want me in the bank" she said I do my banking online. I don't care how you bank I needed help and you were rude. Since when do bank employees work in sweat pants?

Pretty useless company. If your comparing where to do your banking, literally any other bank is better and will give you great customer service. Chase is just out to kill you with fees and confusing policies that even their reps don't understand.

No customer service at all. Go to the bank and your told to make an appointment on line. On line there is no option for an appointment at the bank where I have a safety deposit box and accounts. Call that bank and a recording says they are too busy, call somewhere else.

Dropped into the branch to cash a check drawn on a Chase account. First they gave me grief about not having a Chase account, then they made excuses about not being able to cash the check due to balance limits. They suggest I go to my bank. Exactly!!! Your bank sucks!!! Nothing but excuses and laziness!!! Tired of bad customer service!!!
