“We always rent from Enterprise. This time we did it through the airline app, I was a little hesitant because I haven't done it this way before but as always, the staff at Mesa Gateway were spectacular. Mike was especially helpful today at returns and got us on our way within a couple of minutes.

“I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!”
“I have dealt with Millenium on & off for years. After reading several of the reviews, I felt the need to throw in my two cents. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been kind, professional & very accommodating. I firmly believe that any negative reviews are a result of lessees not honoring their end of their contracts, and they're simple. Millenium has ALWAYS been reasonable & accountable when there was a hiccup on their end. I have nothing but good things to say about them.”

“I'm here now. Battery died on me yesterday. They came out, not usual service, when I had nobody to help me. Taught me about the charge devices. They had me come in to charge battery and fix lights. Noticed a mechanical issue with wheels and quickly had me come next day to have that fixed.Been driving for nearly 40 years and I have to say this is a great service at a reasonable cost based on how much you save on gas, monthly oil changes, and maintenance. If you drive like me at 6,000 miles a month..; I'm not complaining.Ok: It only took 1 hour to fix and back to normal. Fantastic!”

“There was a hold up (my fault) because my husband put the reservation in his name instead of mine. So I spent about 30 mins on the phone changing that. (They cannot make reservation changes in office) Trevor was very polite, provided us with water, and even gave my daughter some toys while we waited. It was an overall good experience.”

Checking out vehicle went smooth as it should. No problems during rental other than noticing the last 2 days of rental vehicle oil change reminder started.
Check in: check in area not attended so noted milage, fuel level and dropped key in drop box. Couple of days later recieve receipt with $200 exterior cleaning fee and additional charge to credit card.
Submitted online request for information with NO response.
Called and spoke to agent(s) at counter and was essentially told, tuff.... No photos to prove level of cleaning needed, no justification for fee other than, I wasn't working that day.... I will agree vehicle was dusty from gravel roads but nothing a trip through their car wash wouldn't remove!
Renter beware! When filling with gas before returning vehicle at hertz Mesa Gateway Airport you'd better go through a car wash.”
