“I got my 2020 GMC Sierra modified here about 3 years ago and they did aWonderful job. They are very good about giving out their personal numbers in case something breaks down or you have a problem with your modifications. Allen is always polite and will great you with a smile whenever you go. Blake is the man that gets things done, I once called Blake because my seat got stuck right as they were closing and he was nine enough to come by after working off the clock and came to my house and fixed the issue so my truck would not be stuck wide open until the following Monday when they reopened. Scott is a good man too and makes sure the whole operation is running smoothly. I would recommend this company to anybody who needed the accommodations they provide. “This is a POSITIVE Review long overdue!! We rent from Enterprise for many years whenever we travel because we have not had any issues whenever we rent from any Enterprise Rent a Car. I always bring my new $400 BOSE wherever I travel because it blocks the airplane noise when watching a movie. Aug. 2023 we rented an SUV for a trip to Temecula, a wedding to drive 6 to 8 people together. We returned from our trip from CA and thought we cleaned out the SUV for all our items. On Sept. 30th we were going on another trip flying to Hawaii and reserved a rental from Enterprise in Hawaii. As I was packing my suitcase for our trip my BOSE was nowhere to be found!! I checked every suitcase and bag I could think of that we took to CA. I checked all over my house many times and everyone else suit cases just in case I gave my BOSE To them, which I never do. I finally looked at my last trip and realized I MUST have left the BOSE in the SUV on our CA trip. In desperation, I called the 331 Chandler, AZ Enterprise Car Rental and asked the Enterprise Car Rental guy who answered the phone if they found a BOSE headphone in Aug. when we returned the SUV. The guy asked me to describe it, so I described the BOSE plus I told him my Initials that were marked on the case. I drove down to the Rental Office and they told me the Gentleman who cleans the rentals found my BOSE and turned it in ASAP. I was shocked and ecstatic!! that they had my BOSE! It is February 2024 and I am FINALLY writing this review to THANK the kind and honest Gentleman who found my BOSE and turned it in ASAP. I am sorry I for the late review, I am sorry I did not give the Gentleman a finders fee that he deserves and I am sorry for this LONG story. In short, wherever we travel, we have used Enterprise and have had great cars, Good Service, and i can honestly say HONEST EMPLOYEES!! Thank You!! I hope your boss sees these reviews and remembers who the honest Gentleman was working for them and gives him a bonus :-) ABS”

“I got my tailwheel, complex, and high performance endorsements here and am working on my instrument rating. CFI and airplane availability is no worse than anywhere else (which is to say terrible, but that's just the state of general aviation for the past 10 years). When I've found questionable items during preflight, maintenance crew is on them immediately. Some instructors are more brusque than others, again, just like everywhere else. About my only gripe is that the tailwheel endorsement is a fixed 10 lessons/flights regardless of ability, more like a part 141 op than 61, and that the PA-18s are almost never available for $200 burger runs.”

The car was clean and ready to be driven off the parking lot. The location might be unassuming but the service was excellent. I am sorry I did not get the name of the young woman.
