We love being a member at this studio.F45 workouts are amazing - different everyday - both body weight and weighted and you alternate between strength, cardio and hybrid workouts. I can honestly say that in my 4 years of F45 workouts - I have never done the exact same workout twice and our results have also been amazing!”

“Love this place they opened their arms to me when I need it the most. “Just finished a week of drop ins and really enjoyed myself. Awesome facility, tons of space and equipment. The membership was friendly. Classes were on time and ran smoothly. Coaches always had a good class plan with really appropriate warm ups. Great presence and attitude and since I was visiting they always made their way over to me to introduce themselves. Really ticking all the boxes of a great CrossFit gym.This is a busy gym with pretty large classes but I really loved that they had two coaches for every class that I attended. Not sure if it's the norm but it was awesome to see.No problem recommending this gym.”

“Hands down the BEST cheer gym in the valley!!! There are a couple of other gyms much closer to me (I'm in North Phoenix/Scottsdale), and I make the drive to Arizona Element in Peoria. The coaches and staff are all wonderful. They are kind and have highly credible cheer experience. The parents and kids are awesome, too. I haven't witnessed any drama. Everyone has been loving and supportive towards us. My 7 year old daughter loves going to their tumbling classes, and I don't mind paying since they are VERY affordable! We are beyond grateful and blessed to have this gym in the valley. Highly recommend!!!”

You can tell he has a passion for making you better at the technique as well as pushing you to improve throughout the class. If you haven't taken a class with him, you're missing out. “I went to a volleyball game for my granddaughter Saturday morning September 18th It seemed very well organized The games had enough time in between to where the parking lot was not totally swamped I did find parking and it was clean The only problem I might have is there was no clock in the gym because I had to go to work and I was worrying about that but overall very good”
“Javi is the best strength and conditioning coach I’ve had. As a relatively new rugby athlete, he has been patient and taken the time to properly work with me. Javi is also very understanding and when it comes to injuries and modifying exercises. He also promotes recovery which is something you don’t see now a days when it comes to strength coaches. Absolutely love having him as a coach. Would definitely recommend!”

I can say I’m SUPER happy with this place, it’s always clean, people are friendly and keep to themselves/clean up after themselves. I love the accessibility of 24/7 throughout the week, (even if I go early in the morning?)I love that I can GET IN N’ GET OUT! ??Staff seems to be all younger kids but they are all super nice, attend to those if they need any help or anything & seem to always be cleaning!I’ve enjoyed my membership since I’ve been a member the last few months!”

The classes are much smaller so my kids get way more attention with the teachers. The facility is really clean and the staff is super friendly. “I have a membershio through my medicare supplement. Their change in hours for us is baffling. We're be penalized due to their issues with insurance companies. Also I had my brother-in-law visit for a week and was told even though I still had my 2 guest passes for the month you're not suppose to bring the same guest in more than once in 60 days. He's from out of town I wasn't trying to sneak in a neighbor or friend. You need to be a little more flexible in your rules. He was allowed in the second time but they made such a deal out of it.”

“I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the ‘service par excellence’ extended to me at Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine!After a lumbar spinal fusion, I am recovering from both significant quadricep muscle atrophy, nerve loss and ‘drop foot’. I also have gait and balance issues. I’d begun to lose hope……..however, after receiving physical therapy (3x weekly) for two months now, my strength and endurance have improved exponentially! For the first time, in a very long time, I’m feeling like myself again! This is my ‘home away from home’, and you folks are all my ‘extended family’!This is an energetic team of passionate, caring professionals, who show up daily, ‘ready to go’ for us. The very least that I can do, is to be an ‘active participant’ in my exercises. I wouldn’t be starting to walk confidently again be it not for their assistance! I am currently ‘running’ on the treadmill, crushing it on the elliptical, leg pressing 125 lbs, and using my cane far less. This therapy center utilizes state of the art procedures & equipment. Acupuncture, Kinesio taping, percussion, cupping, weight training, & neuro electrode muscular stimulation are merely some of the ‘tried and true’ treatments which are provided. Therapy is always custom tailored to each patient’s specific needs and requirements.*Kudos and big hugs to Jamie, Scott, Nate, Logan, Kyra, Chey, AJ, Luwan, Jabril, Chandler, Spencer, Jerry, Destiny, Jeremy, & Maddie!
