“Now I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to on this one. I came in for a silk press, and Let me just say there is NO ONE better to do your hair!!! CC takes her time and effort into her work and it SHOWS! I walked in looking a hot mess, and I walked out feeling STUNNING. My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in a long time. I will be seeing her regularly!!!! As far as I’m concerned, she’s the best here in AZ!!!”

“The ladies are so helpful. They make sure everyone is aware of special prices and ensure that we are using all our discounts. I do wish they would have more of their online stock in the store. You can have it delivered to the store for free. Then you can try it on to ensure it works like you hoped. I just have trouble leaving without buying more.”

“The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give more stars. My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.”

“I had a bunch of pants in my shopping cart online, then it occurred to me that I could go to the store and try them on instead of messing around with returns if they didn't fit. I didn't end up getting the pants, but it was great to try them on instead of ordering and returns.”
“The staff is great and super friendly and the bras seem to be built fairly well. I just don’t feel like they are for me. I can’t see to find the right fit after trying on 5 different bras and then taking two of them home. They didn’t sit right. Fortunately, they have a very good return policy. I’m so appreciative of a brand that seems to actually care about their customers.”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”
