“There's lots of clearance items right now, many items under $10. The store was busy but the line was fairly quick. The dressing rooms were quick too and there was someone there to assist (unlock doors, handle unwanted items, etc). They're out of uniform shorts for young boys but they have uniform pants and shirts.”

I bought my Thanksgiving outfit here along with some accessories and other clothing items and the owner Marcy helped me put outfits together....very friendly, great prices and excellent customer service! “If you're not familiar with Chicos, it is a woman's clothing store. Their sizing is different from most department stores. They use double zero, zero, one, two, three. Ask one of the staff if you're not sure what size you wear according to their sizing.There are signs in the store that will tell you what size you might wear. They have pretty patterns of fabric and the clothes that are very current. Staff will be happy to help you if you have any questions. They also carry a selection of jewelry. Free parking outside.”

They somehow got the numbers and used the giftcard before I could. But I had the receipt and they willingly gave me a new giftcard to use; so kind. No questions asked. Thank you!”

Had an amazing experience, many associates asked to assist me.Unbeknownst to them, they helped a homeless person have shoes that'll last me the next few years. Since we have no address, i had no clue how to get a pair. I'm extremely thankful.Beautiful assortments of jewelry, very nice stock of fashion, and definitely has something for everyone-young and old.”

“This is one of the cleanest Ross locations I have shopped. Aisles were free of clutter. There wasn't trash or opened products strewn about. Clothing was on the hangers. Homegoods were on the shelves in an orderly manner. There is a significant number of items that may be found at many of the Ross store in the area. Prices for those items are on par with other stores. This store does get some higher end items. I purchased a shirt for my son that the m.s.r.p. on the manufacturer's tag was $58, the compared to price on the Ross tag was $19.99, and the price I paid was $4.99. This time of year is when Ross stores are doing a changeover in season/merchandise. Due to this changeover, selection was on the slim side. Knowing this, the lack of selection was not factored into my rating. Fitting rooms were located at the front of the store. There were two rooms. The store wasn't busy. The line for the dressing room was never more than one person waiting for the room at a time.”
