My wife was having some small issues with her phone. The gal that took care of us handled the issues and answered a couple of questions as well. We were in and out pretty quickly.

Matthew at the Verizon store was very helpful helped me with all my phone issues I had he was very helpful and I will only be buying phones and anything else I need through him really great experience he makes getting a phone a very easy process GO ESIM!
