“My experience was great—excellent customer service! This was my first time being involved in a collision, and I wasn’t familiar with the insurance process. Unfortunately, my insurance representative didn’t explain much and was hard to reach.
On the other hand, Caliber Collision did an amazing job. Jerry was very nice, answered all of my questions, was extremely patient, and guided me through the entire process step by step. I’m very happy with how my car turned out, it looks even better than I expected! I love the results! Recommend 100% (I added a before and after photo)”

“Phil & co are AMAZING. Seriously I don't think I've ever had a better, easier experience. He's been doing our family's windshields for a few years now and the service is always quick and immaculate. This past week he replaced my windshield and in the process a faulty piece of my roof console broke (at no fault of the installer, this piece was on it's way out). While most folks would likely tell me good luck with that, call your insurance, Phil spent his day tracking down the part and installing it at no cost to me. I was blown away by the level of service and genuine kindness. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Phil!”

I was referred to Quality 1st Glass by my insurance company after part of my sunroof became damaged and I know I’ll be going back to them if I ever need windshield / glass work done in the future.
Their service was second to none - James and crew were extremely professional, communicative, efficient/speedy, and the work was done thoroughly with care, attention and friendliness. Everything they were doing and what I needed was explained very well.
I also had a really tough ask where some glass shards had become lodged inside my seatbelt (see photo), basically rendering it inoperable and they gave it a ton of time and attention to fix it and save me a lot of extra time (and possibly more out of pocket costs because I don’t know if anyone else would have taken the time to take the entire seatbelt apart and find the smallest little piece of glass that was lodged in there and remove it).
They are also mobile and come out to you with a lot of flexibility - which is great.
James and crew are the best. Will be using their services again, if needed.”
“Just had a chip repair done by Universal. They were fair on their pricing and kept me from having an insurance claim which is super fantastic this day and age they sent out Leon to do the repair and he was fantastic he did an amazing job kept me up-to-date on what he was doing and he also very kind because I was upset that this was my new car that I got two months ago and already got a rock chip and he just reassured me. It happens to everyone and not let it get to me and not have a bad day and he took care of my chip. It looks great I don’t even know it’s there.”

“I had purchased a car from a small dealership and they told me that the car was a clean title. I took it to L.G. Collision today to have it inspected because I had pulled up an auto check saying my car did in fact have frame/structural damage. Luis was extremely thorough and showed me with a flashlight exactly everything that was wrong with the vehicle. I felt very informed- and I also felt the customer service was great!!! Thank you for all your help! I will be returning!”
