“The initial estimate included unnecessary "repairs". When I called to discuss, I ended up canceling. The following day the manager David called to discuss. I made another appointment to go over the estimate. He was awesome in handling a slightly disgruntled customer, agreed that a few things on the estimate were not necessary, revised the estimate. When I returned for the actual repair, David himself was involved in making sure the repairs were completed within the timeframe he quoted, as I was waiting in the office. The repairs were fairly minor and were completed in one hour and 15 minutes! Beautifully done!!Service: Body & Trim”

“I have driven enough miles over enough years to have leaned that if you get a crack in your windshield, and this one? “Was” definitely a nasty crack, on the I10 headed West driving back to California. The only times I’ve got chips and now a crack on my windshield, 3 times now! Have all been in Arizona, maybe y’all trying to tell me something LOLSo, my experience with Accurate Auto Glass was fantastic. They were busy and their schedule full, but when I told them I was anxious to get back to California, they said were happy to see you leave, come on by.For the record, that was a joke.Not only did they work me in, they did so immediately, like I said it was a nasty crack. The man even figured out I had clear tint on the windshield, I had forgot to tell him, which could have been disastrous.He fixed it properly and promptly, and apologized for the VERY small blem, but like I said it was a nasty one.I was even offered donuts, soft drinks, and coffee.In and out in 30 mins!Every one was so nice and pleasant.I offered a ten dollar tip, which was refused, and instead he said “just leave a review”So this is my review.Outstanding placeIf you can see where the repair was your eye site is better than mine”

“What can I say, above and beyond glass repair. After calling another company and they didn't get back to me until the next day. I called one of my friends and they suggested Select. Sarah with select was very helpful and professional she got me booked the very next day to replace my rear glass slider on my 2023 Ford f-450 because I made a mistake and broke the glass. The installer, Jonathan very professional and he was early. I have a utility bed on my truck with multiple transfer tanks. He was able to call one of his partners they got the job done in no time at all. I did not know my bed and tanks would cause a problem they were very understanding.Very impressed with this company. “I initially got my windshield repaired by an inexperienced Safelite technician (with less than 6 months). After the initial repair, I was very concerned because there was a dimple on the windshield where the repair work had taken place. I thought to myself, but still wasn't sure at that point, shouldn't the resin completely fill in that chip/crack? I was worried that dirt/debris could get trapped in it when the next time my windshield wiper was activated, but worse yet, that dimple could potentially propagate future cracks in the coming winter. Unsatisfied and concerned, I called Safelite to lodge my complaint about the poor workmanship that was done. A few days later, Safelite sent its most experienced technician, James Motzkus, with 30+ years of experience. He completely fixed the issue. It was like magic! The reason for my high rating is because of how responsive Safelite was to my concern.”
