“The initial estimate included unnecessary "repairs". When I called to discuss, I ended up canceling. The following day the manager David called to discuss. I made another appointment to go over the estimate. He was awesome in handling a slightly disgruntled customer, agreed that a few things on the estimate were not necessary, revised the estimate. When I returned for the actual repair, David himself was involved in making sure the repairs were completed within the timeframe he quoted, as I was waiting in the office. It took a while to find it and get it to Phoenix but Casey certainly can not be held responsible for that! Once he got it the car was done the next day. Casey did a great job!”
