“I really like filling up at Sam's club because their price is almost always better than anywhere else. If there was one thing I would improve I would like to see them add more pumps and more room for lines to them also add green lights/red lights above them like Costco has which just makes it easier and probably a little bit quicker.”

“I've never been to a Costco I don't love. This location is very convenient to me and I have been here too many times lol. Costco always carry new unique things for sale and today, I found a beautiful succulent arrangement for $19.99! I also found a box of 8 crispy potato corn dogs on sale for $7.69! (regular price is $10.69) this is an item I've never seen before but another shopper said it's so good so of course I had to get a bag. Their regular prices are very good, but when they have sales, prices can't be beat. Today, they also had a couple events going on- jewelry, Candy & Chocolate Co. dipped apples- 3 of them for $13.99 which is a great price. This store is always busy but today seemed busier than usual. I think people were stocking up for Super Bowl tomorrow. Could not believe I scored 2 free huge protein bars at one of the sample stations. They sell for $4 each! How can I not love Costco? :)”

“I always love going to this Costco. The only drawback is the orientation of the gas station. Sometimes during the busiest part of the day the gas line blocks the entrance to the parking lot.The staff are always helpful and friendly and obviously the price is right.”

“I have been shopping at this Sam's Club for over 15 years for good reasons. Aside from the products, what brings me back to, "The Club" are the employees. Every time I ask for assistance I am greeted with a smile and someone who is always willing to help me locate a product. It's rare in retail now-a-days to find that every employee is friendly and helpful. There is one exceptional employee that always has an extra big smile for me and makes me feel special when I walk through Sam's Clubs' doors. That employee is Ken. I have a high stress job and it's really nice to be greeted in such a friendly manner. It makes my day. Thank you, Ken for putting a smile on my face, especially when I have had a hard day at work. And keep watching those sunsets!”

“We really like this Costco as it is the closest to us and we are already familiar with parking. Avoid entering through Country Club/Arizona Ave if possible. The traffic is crazy just trying to turn left into the parking lot.Best way to get in is through Fiest Boulevard and enter through the back lot.Customer Service has always been friendly for us at the registers.They have a good assortment of items here. Holiday is in full swing here and it was fun seeing all the goods!Can't wait see what else comes out for the season”

“Ok I confess I feel like I finally am adulting hard with my brand new Costco card. I have been very reluctant through the years because a long time ago when this Costco opened I had a card and barely used. I just really dislike the crowded warehouse shopping experience and shopping carts all over parking lot BUT this week I was tasked to get some cakes for the school I volunteer to celebrate their achievements so I had no choice but try again. I am so pleased with my experience this time around. As my friends have told me they are impressed I not only got a card but I went full on the executive membership lol because I did like some of their travel incentives.Back to the store experience, my review is mostly based on getting the membership and going to the bakery. It was pretty awesome! A tiny bit of pressure over which membership to get but I had already come aware of what I wanted so that didn't really impact me. The bakery experience was fabulous. I wish I knew the name of the cake decorating lady, she did such a lovely job putting in all the writing and school mascot in not only one but four sheet cakes. She was super patient with me explained she was going to give it a try and sure enough when I came to pick up today everything was done one time and am loving how it turned out.While I was walking around I did see some interesting things so I will probably go back and make use of this membership as the pricing for bulk stuff does look reasonable. “This store is always understaffed in my opinion. Although the inconvenience can be overlooked by the value tjhat you receive. But yesturday at 5:00 PM I atood in the return line with 12 other people while one staff memeber handled the entire department. Poor management.”

“They have a great food court but it is similar to other Costco's around town. They are usually slammed full of people so sometimes it is better to go to a Costco that is less busy for the food court items. They are actually all around really busy. I went to the tire store and it took a really long time to get customer service. There was even a customer people watching how long it took. He said he was glad he wasn't in line. I even called another Costco while waiting and was able to get a response from them while waiting at this Costco. I feel like going to other Costco's are faster and friendlier. They sell milk tea here which is interesting. I have also seen milk tea mochi that I liked a lot. It tastes pretty good when I am in the mood for milk tea and am unable to get to a milk tea shop or don't want to make my own. Making milk tea isn't too hard but getting the flavors right can be.”

“Thank goodness for Costco pharmacy!! I was searched for almost a month for a medication that was out of stock EVERYWHERE. Luckily this location had the medication I was looking for and had it filled the next day. It was the lowest Definitely recommend! AND you do not need to be a member to use the pharmacy”
