“The man I worked with yesterday was helpful but a bit dishonest. He led me to believe that the home protection plan or whatever was already included in my bill, but failed to inform me that it was optional and he opted me in without prior authorization from myself. Otherwise I had a decent experience. The African American lady working was not only off putting as far as greeting me went, but extremely lazy and any time the gentleman I worked with asked her to do something as simple as answer the phone she scoffed. Very unprofessional and there are a lot of people who would do the job properly and appreciate the position honestly. AT&T need to go back to the drawing board with her… I have 15 days to turn my phone but the restocking fee is a little ridiculous…. We’ll see how this goes.”

“There are two outstanding employees at your T-Mobile store in Gilbert AZ on South Gilbert Rd. April set everything up on my new iPhone 15 Pro and was very kind while she did it. I had to go back since my Apple CarPlay wasn’t connected. Martin tried but was unable connect it because of the cable size. He explained everything clearly however it still didn’t work. April finished her meeting and was able to locate the correct cable and it was connected.I really appreciate doing business with T-Mobile when you have such knowledgeable great employees working for you.Thank youVivian Bonini”

“I have been shopping at this Sam's Club for over 15 years for good reasons. Aside from the products, what brings me back to, "The Club" are the employees. Every time I ask for assistance I am greeted with a smile and someone who is always willing to help me locate a product. It's rare in retail now-a-days to find that every employee is friendly and helpful. There is one exceptional employee that always has an extra big smile for me and makes me feel special when I walk through Sam's Clubs' doors. That employee is Ken. I have a high stress job and it's really nice to be greeted in such a friendly manner. It makes my day. Thank you, Ken for putting a smile on my face, especially when I have had a hard day at work. “The location for this Target is great since it is right off the 202 freeway. I don't do too many Target runs to be honest as I have other favorite places. Today though I made a stop to get a quick gift and found lots of seasonal items for the holidays that I enjoyed. I got that cute pink gingerbread house just because lol I had to, it's pink & cute. The pricing for the store items I always find a bit above everywhere else but the store is organized and easy to navigate maybe that's what adds value.”
