“We come here often to go through things in our unit. We have never been bothered, or told to hurry it along. The staff Josh, Cody and Sandie are simply amazing! They always greet you with a smile.The only downside to the facility would be the drastic rate increase. It would be nice to get incentives after being a customer so long. The buy out was an option that was made and the new company makes the rules on prices. I like the old way better, but will deal with the new way. Just hard on the pocket book when things are already hard in the world.”

“This team was AWESOME! My partner and I used a different moving service when we moved into our apartment together that took the entire day to move our belongings and cost us thousands of dollars. When we moved into our house, we went with A to Z instead. The difference was remarkable. Gary, Khalil, and Thomas moved all of our belongings in a little over three hours. They were really nice, professional, and efficient, and the move cost us a fraction of what the previous company charged us — even though we were moving basically the same amount of stuff. “First time experiencing a self storage. All the sign up was handled on the web on Sunday. Office was closed but a call to the listed number got us the access code and the barrel lock. I was surprised at how cool it was inside. Carts were available for item moving. Multiple entrances made the door to storage distance pretty low. The roll up door opening was about 95% of the storage width. I don't think paying extra for a close to door location is with it. So far so good.”
“This storage facility is conveniently located near DT Gilbert. The facility may have been around for a minute, but it’s always clean, tidy and safe. We stored our RV here for 3 years. The price was great compared to other storage facilities in the area, AND the staff was ALWAYS friendly! From the day we signed a contract to the day we vacated, our experience was pleasant and easy. If we ever need storage in the future, we will definitely come here. Highly recommend!”

“This is the extra you get with this storage facility, parking and storage of you RV. There is a large lot where everyone stores their trailers, RV'S and how many do you know I w of that have that? The lot is enclosed by high block walls with one point of access and egress. Regular storage is the usual variety of storage areas, from small to large that you can park a car in. Nice area also.”
“Great place to store an RV. Staff are super nice and fees are very affordable. The best thing is it’s right outside the neighborhoods so if you live close by you can literally drop off your RV and walk, bike or jog home. Very convenient. Plus a free sewer dump!”
“During the process of selling our home we had a last minute need for additional storage. We already had a unit at Smart stop Riggs Rd so I called and spoke to Zach. He was able to find an additional unit located near our current unit and started the paperwork. 15 minutes later I was able to sign the contract and move in. What a life saver!”
