Staff would go out of there way to pick me up in their golf cart. Give me a lift to the front. Safe and very clean place. Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“This storage facility is one of thee best places I’ve used for storage. The facility is always clean, the units are clean and ready for move in, the grounds are always clean and free of debris. They are in a perfect and convenient location and have good access hours. They have online renting which makes it quick and easy to rent a space. The online rates are reasonable when using the online specials. The Manager of this facility, Michael, is wonderful. He is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you have a problem of any kind he is quick to help and fix the issue. Michael is pretty much why I stay with this facility, because he runs it and does an excellent job of managing the place. So if you’re looking for a great storage place this is IT!”

“Living in the 5th largest city in the U.S. affords the luxuries and benefits. One being the ease of choosing a storage facility because of the amount that are readily available to a person no matter what part of the valley they find themselves in. So it’s very competitive from a business stand point and I imagine it can be quite challenging to stand out in an atmosphere flush with worthy competition.What makes the location I’m partial to is not the amenities alone ; which are 5 out of 5 stars in EVERY category across the board land if that were the only criteria for competitive scoring the facility would win hands down on cleanliness and modern feel to the facility. What makes EXTRA SPACE STORAGE on Country Club and ( just North of ) Warner stand alone is the earth and professionalism of the staff; in particular the positively infectious bubbly and out going personality of one Crissy Cary. She is an absolute gem of an associate and the company is truly blessed to have an employee as conscientious and detail oriented as she while injecting just the right amount of folksy persona that allows her to come across as disarming to the clientele yet always maintaining the perfect hint of professionalism that keeps customers assured tha indeed they have a liaison they can depend will have all their needs met and is ALWAYS approachable with that million dollar smile coupled with that positive demeanor that never quits weather is 5 minutes into a work day or 5 minutes before close you can bet you’ll ALWAYS get thee very best of attention by Mz.Crissy and that’s what makes this EXTRA SPACE location the very best in the valley!”

“Had my items stored for about 4 years here. Temp controlled and easy to get ahold of staff and customer service is great. A few increases due to inflation but overall happy with the location and being in a temp cooler building in Az is always a plus.”

The best part was she volunteered to give an exclusive tour by GOLF CART ( talk about above and beyond customer service)!She advised how to avoid price increases in the future so I paid 6 months in advance to secure my rate without any surprises. She gave meTHE FIRST MONTH FREE as well. She took her time and explained every question I had and how to avoid any problems with the owner! I initially didn’t want to rent here because word of mouth about the owner being MONEY HUNGRY and combative have spread at this particular CubeSmart. “I don't know what to say. The two men at the Sun Lakes location were outstanding. I was in and out with the perfect storage unit, at the most reasonable rate I could find, with a great promotion, easy on my wallet. The follow up and assistance from over a month prior to signing up was unbelievable. The facilities are like new and perfectly clean. Access hours are good too. Everything was exactly what was promised or exceeded my expectations. They even gave me a gate code my aging brain can remember! And my old lock even worked. Like I said it's hard to know what to say when it my whole experience was perfection.”
