I went in to this location today and Laura B. was extremely helpful with showing me what refinancing my specific vehicle would be, before even getting into the refinance process and running my credit again. I really appreciate her transparency and willingness to show me exactly what I’d be getting into if we submitted a refinance and I had gotten approved.
