I had a great experience. I made my appointment online, scanned my barcode when I arrived. The building is a bit old. The gal who drew my blood, I believe her name was WENDY, was amazing! I used to go to quest labs and they stabbed me several times and I have to come back another day. She found it her first try! Lovely.

You have to check in on the kiosk. I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes until I realized it was self check in. Just FYI . Very clean nice area

Staff is quick and efficient and I've never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes, even when there were 5+ patients in the waiting. I go here monthly and all draws have been pain-free.
