Everyone in the office is always friendly, I am terrible with names and I forgot the young ladies name that drew my blood but she was very pleasant and we chatted back and forth and I didn’t feel a thing. I appreciate the kindness I receive when I come here.”

“SATURDAY - Make sure you go early. Got there at 6:53am and there was a line at the door 50 people long. Finally seen by 8:50am. The staff in very nice and building is clean. If you go on a Saturday, make to have a few free hours of time”

“Great experience ! I must admit Sonora quest locations are iffy at best in terms of customer service . This location is clean , the front desk was actually happy and pleasant and it was fast ! Had an appt and was in and out in 15 mins . My tech Ariana was kind and caused me zero pain . Fun music playing in the hall . I’ll be back when I need to .”

“I like coming here for my blood draw, even though it is one of the busier locations. The staff is friendly enough and usually efficient in this location. There’s a covered parking garage with a walkway access to the second floor. They also allow walk ins, which is very convenient for a last minute blood draw. Word to the wise, try to come in early morning to avoid the rush!”

“I have only had the minor issue of not receiving a call back here. I make all my appointments online with no issue but I can read, that can make a difference. I get blood drawn several times a year and I do it specifically at this location because it is appointment only and has been for the 2 years since I moved back to the US and have been going there. Some of the employees can be abrupt but that doesn't really bother me. I've never had to wait over 20 minutes and usually not even that long. They've even made special exceptions to get in me in when my Dr hadn't sent the order in but I did have an appointment but they didn't have an order. So honestly I'll continue going to this location as I find it perfectly acceptable.”
