“Best thing I could have done was become an IHG member! We were between Staybridge and Holiday Inn on Power while our AC was out for a week. Staff here at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early since we were between hotels. And allowed us to check out late. That was helpful when trying to need up with AC techs at our home. Margaux and Kamille were very understanding and helped us get the best costs while we were stuck without ac are home and not knowing how long we would be needing to stay. For being in such an uncomfortable situation, staying here was our best decision. So glad we decided to stay at this location. Free clean laundry rooms. The breakfast area is kept stocked and very clean. Plenty of options for everyone. Despite our one complaint we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
The furniture in our suite either needs to be replaced or professionally cleaned. The hair in the Livingston area was very dirty and stained. There was on masking on one of the stools. In one of the bedrooms there was a large red stain on the carpet that looked like fruit punch had been spilled. That carpet needs deep cleaning. That wasn’t enough to make us move. We put a clean sheet over the furniture before sitting on it.
Nearby activities: Lots of stores close by. Frys supermarket is right next-door.
Walkability: Stores are definately close enough to walk.”
“After a long day of driving the room was very large with a comfortable bed. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. Plan on using this location every time we are in the area.”
“What amazing service at this hotel! They were super helpful and accommodating to our unique situation. At check in I commented that my husband and I would both be working and without another word, they arranged for a 2nd desk chair to be brought up to our room.”

“If I ever get back to Gilbert this is where I'm staying. The staff is great!! Thank you Flora for the great breakfasts. They do so many great community events in their conference rooms. CPR Training, Breast Cancer Screening etc! The rooms are clean, the grounds are awesome! The pool and whirlpool are wonderful!! Stay here if you're in the area!!”

“This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed in since Covid. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Dottie at the front desk. Kid(baby)/family friendly as well as work friendly. My husband had to work from there, and I had a 5 month old to occupy all day. Gym and pool were mostly empty, easy walk or drive to the mall.”
“Staff was nice all around the clock, listened to our requests and concerns.
Front desk listened to our crappy encounter with insurance and shared our concerns. Everyone was super supportive.
They had delicious breakfast and the long term guests were respectful and friendly.

“This place is truly a home away from home. Crystal is absolutely amazing. She's always there to address any concerns. Security is always on site. The whole time I have stayed here I have felt completely safe and cared for. Nice quiet property, rooms are clean and well cared for. Located around restaurants and grocery stores, everything I need is within walking distance. This hotel will always be my go-to when I need a place to stay weather short-term or long-term. Thank you so much for making my stay such an amazing experience.”
“Great hotel! Bed was comfortable and I like the layout of the rooms. Didn’t include last star cause there’s no microwaves in the rooms. Even a motel 6 has a microwave. There was a nice little area where a microwave could be. Was disappointed cause I had left over food from a favorite restaurant and ate it cold. Otherwise, great hotel!”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff. I always request a top floor due to noise on lower floors, made reservations months in advance, and they gave me the middle. The people above walked like a heard of elephants, also paper thin walls. The air conditioner was extremely loud and took forever to cool the room”
