“6/6/23 - I originally went to the Peoria location in January just for a refinance. They ran my credit only for me to be denied with no reason given. I went in to this location today and Laura B. was extremely helpful with showing me what refinancing my specific vehicle would be, before even getting into the refinance process and running my credit again. I really appreciate her transparency and willingness to show me exactly what I’d be getting into if we submitted a refinance and I had gotten approved. I didn’t get that experience at Peoria so I’ll be coming to this location from now on:) Thank you for everything!”
“This Chase location is amazing and today’s 5 ⭐️ award goes to Kylie W. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve seen in a while, but I came in with a simplistic transaction and she could have just been like ok, have a great day, no, she offered a way better suggestion and it took me by surprise. Her, idea was way better and very thoughtful!

“This location is not my usual bank. They are the only ones open on a Saturday. We usually do not need cash but once in a while we do. Today we need cash. This location is clean, efficient, friendly and helpful. They have provided excellent service the few times we have visited.
