“I think the lady for the dressing rm assistant her name was Koda, she was so lovely and helpful. My olive oil bottles were falling out of the bottom of my cart and she took all 6 bottles and put them inside the cart to keep them save so they don't break while I was In the dressing room. You don't have experience like this now days. And my Cashier assoc # 215437 was very lovely as well. Store was organized and clean. Could have bigger selections in house holds dept is very low.”

“I went in this location last weekend looking for maternity clothes. I walked in assumed it was by the baby stuff and didn't see anything, I found a staff member and asked her if they had any maternity clothes she said they didn't sell any in this store but a lot of people buy online and can return them here and sometime it ands up in their sales area and to try and check in there. As I was searching through the pants a couple of women walked past talking about products and stuff and ask if I was doing alright, I told her yes. She came back a minute later and asked if she could help me find anything I told her I was trying to find maternity clothes and she said I was in the right section and ask me what size I was I said maybe a 4 in your jeans and she said I only asked because I woman just came in and returned a bunch of stuff but they were all size 14 and they haven't processed them all the way. I felt that was very kind of both these women that helped me out that day. After she and the other woman walked away she said that is an issue they need to address she thought to the woman. I don't normally ask for help but if I need it I'll ask, I found a pair of pants and went to the register and the first lady I spoke to said oh you found something I said yes luckily a pair of pants that fit. Thank you for the help!”
“On vacation I came to this location today and when I say the humanity alone from the workers was astonishing. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they were so kind”

“Went for back to school clothes. Wasn’t expecting to find much, really went for inexpensive shirts for my daughter. Walked in and saw jean shorts on sale and was super excited. We walked back and forth trying on sizes, deciding which styles, made it to the shirts and then back up to go through the jean shorts again…. The entire time, every employee we came in contact with greeted me and my daughter. Made eye contact and smiled. The cashier that rang us up, Ashley, was so nice and listened as my daughter told her all about her birthday coming up and the party she had planned. She was so sweet. I will go back, especially with the deals they were having, but also because it was nice to shop and see smiling employees and be greeted kindly.”

“I went in today due to a botched online order hoping to get an issue fixed. I was greeted by a team member and she was very helpful in assisting me. I was routed with the manager Marissa. She was very eager to get down to the point of the issue and made some phone calls. Within minutes, my issue was resolved. Its great to feel That she understood my point of view and didnt just give me the corporate runaround. It affirms to me that Hollister is customer oriented”

“*Update*I called the store today and spoke with Nick, the manager on duty. I told him my problem and I asked him if he could hold my items until I could get there this weekend. He said yes and that he would be there this weekend as well. I asked him about the hours and he told me that they had been trying to change it because the whole mall closes at 8 Monday through Thursday but Google has not updated it. So this is not a Forever 21 issue, it's a Google issue. Come on Google get it together. People rely on these websites for accurate information.I placed an online order about a week and a half ago and the store that had my item in stock was a little ways away but I didn't mind driving because I really wanted that item. So I've been trying to get over there all week long and tonight I just happened to be in the neighborhood. I do Doordash so I stopped working so I could make it over to the store before they closed. The store closes at 9:00 p.m. according to the website. I got there at 8:40 pm and they were closed. Apparently they close at 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. I don't have to tell you that I was a little bit upset. And by upset I mean I am really pissed right now. Not only did I lose money because I stopped working in order to get there at what I thought was closing time. Now I have to waste more damn gas to go down there and pick up my item.Somebody might want to adjust the online hours to reflect the actual hours. So somebody else doesn't have this freaking issue.”
“Was there on 2/25/20 returned a pair of Vans for my girlfriend they didn't have them in her size we exchanged them for two pair of shoes and two pair of sunglasses very kind and patient employees, excellent selection and reasonable price's”
