They were able to give me a loaner car for the day so I could get to and from work, which was amazing! Then they found cracks in the rotors they had replaces more than 6 months ago and got brand new ones that day to replace both under warranty. They didn't have to check on that but they are that thorough in all they do. They get to know your car and what it needs, how it is doing and make recommendations, not to get money from you, but to keep you safe and out of harms way! Corey is personable, professional and courteous always! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed :)”

“I heard about this place from some friends of mine since I’m new to the area. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful woman at the front (her name escapes me) but she was very good. She asked about what I wanted done and what to expect service wise. She even was upfront about taking my vehicle to another place for a certain service because they would be much cheaper than they would be. John the service manager would check in about the process and asked if I would like to proceed with certain maintenance. I picked up my vehicle and before I did, they told me the parts they installed are coveredfor a year (plus in certain circumstances). They are very honest and upfront about everything they’re doing. Everyone’s friendly as well. They will definitely have my repeat business in the future.”

“I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change. All seems right in the world and on the road. Thanks, Adam and Iconic!”

“This place is great. I chose 3-D because they are a certified provider in the state's VVRP program to contribute up to $900 (after a $100 deductible) to fix emissions problems, and because of Yelp reviews. My F150 failed emissions because rant/ Ford didn't fix or even tell me about a required emissions computer update. Dave diagnosed this quickly and called Ford about a recall to see if they would fix it. It's not part of a recall even though without this update, the vehicle cannot be legally driven and would therefore be useless. /end rant I had the truck back the next business day, and after going through a couple of drive cycles to retrain the emissions computer, Dave verified it would pass emissions, which it did.”

“As always AZ Automasters (Gilbert, AZ) has done right by me again! I took my car in for a complete tune-up this past Saturday. Service was completed. While driving home my car overheated. I wasn't sure of the issue and why it would have done that considering I just completed the tune-up. Immediately pulled into a gas station, shut the car off and evaluated my situation. Realizing I should not drive my car the 8 miles I had left, I had my car towed home and left a message with the shop. Jessica (GM) wasted no time getting back to me. I explained what happened, and had the car towed back to the shop for evaluation first thing Monday morning. Mike (Owner) and Jessica wasted no time trying to determine the cause of the overheating. Mike, Jessica and Michael you are nothing short of AMAZING! Your customer service is always top notch and I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making sure my car was completely safe to drive before returning to me. Monetarily I saw the dollar bills flying out the window but you made sure that didn't happen! You were completely fair with the charge! Mike like you said, your are a man of your word and that is absolutely the truth! Thank you for delivering my car to me in San Tan Valley, that was completely unexpected. I am forever GRATEFUL for your HONESTY and AWESOME customer service. Again, I can't thank you enough! You ROCK!”
