They were able to give me a loaner car for the day so I could get to and from work, which was amazing! Then they found cracks in the rotors they had replaces more than 6 months ago and got brand new ones that day to replace both under warranty. They didn't have to check on that but they are that thorough in all they do. They get to know your car and what it needs, how it is doing and make recommendations, not to get money from you, but to keep you safe and out of harms way! “THANK YOU!!!! We Found Albert’s Garage thru a google search they are honest when it comes to a diagnostic charge, if they can’t find the problem they won’t charge. A majority of mechanics here in phoenix just charge even if they don’t Find the problem. I was about to be ripped off at a Jeep dealership in Queen Creek AZ. I Was about to be charged $400 and the hour they would be working on the jeep and they would STILL charge me $400 if they can’t find the problem. HELL NAAA!!!!
My issue was after driving my 2011 Jeep Wrangler for about 30 minutes whenever I would turn the vehicle off there would no crank no start but all the dashboard light would turn on. I had to wait for about an hour or more just for something to cool off and start again. So what Albert found was an electrical wire heating up causing the jeep to not crank no start. So the tracking module was tied into the main wire going into the TIPM. When the jeep failed to start that specific wire was getting very HOT. So the wire got cut from the tracking device and was repaired going into the TIPM. SINCE THEN NO ISSUES NOW IM NOT STRANDED Thank you for fixing the problem.”

“I heard about this place from some friends of mine since I’m new to the area. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful woman at the front (her name escapes me) but she was very good. She asked about what I wanted done and what to expect service wise. She even was upfront about taking my vehicle to another place for a certain service because they would be much cheaper than they would be. John the service manager would check in about the process and asked if I would like to proceed with certain maintenance. I picked up my vehicle and before I did, they told me the parts they installed are coveredfor a year (plus in certain circumstances). They are very honest and upfront about everything they’re doing. Everyone’s friendly as well. They will definitely have my repeat business in the future.”

Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). “I found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They are very honest and trustworthy. They don't up sell you. I went in for newplugs and for check engine light. They were able to determine reason for check engine light which did not immediate repair and assured me I didn't need new spark plugs. I know for a fact other outfits would have just gone ahead and changed the plugs. I highly recommend this Meineke on Gilbert.”
