“Past year’s experience was not great!1) The length of time it took to change oil, rotate tires and wash car has improved the last 2 visits. In the past it took too long.2) During one of my past oil change/rotate visits I asked the service guy to check my brakes because they were squeaky. He stated “nothing was wrong, advised me to spray the brakes with water when it was squeaky again”! At that time I still had warranty, now it has expired. Now I hate to ask them to check it out because I will have to pay what they couldn’t fix on brakes the last time I asked for this to be done. At the present it is still squeaky!3) I also asked them to check my cooler, I felt it wasn’t cooling, the guy told me “nothing was wrong with it”!4) Now I am concerned that when I need services on my 1 year old car, the warranty has expired and I will have to pay the cost. Which I know will be expensive!5) I have not gone elsewhere for services however I may have to find a new place to obtain BETTER & TRUSTED SERVICES.”

“I was very impressed with the services by the car rental owner, Brad. The convenient two locations, one in Flagstaff and one near the Phoenix airport , make our Arizona trip very pleasant. Brad's caring and detailed instructions you can not find from larger rental places. When his employee was not available to drop us to the airport, Brad, the owner of the business, worked till 8:00pm to drop us off himself on a Saturday night. “Outstanding customer service by Craig and Terra, helping me overcome a problem that arose when the Hertz website allowed me to book a reservation at a time when this location was closed. Craig and Terra found a solution to get me on my way. While I was very frustrated with the problem, they made me very happy with the solution. I would highly recommend! I would also urge Hertz to limit the availability of reservations close to closing time, and meanwhile I recommend that customers verify that the office is going to be open at the time they make their reservation.”

“Steve in the service department has been great during the pandemic, and even before that. Even with the shortage in parts due to supply issues, he's always been able to take care of any repairs needing to be done to my vehicle. He's great about keeping me updated & informed on the status of repairs and any delays which is great too. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else based on my experience with the owner & service department. I recommend taking your vehicle here for service needs, or if you're shopping around for a new vehicle. They always have a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles to fit every budget. Please be patient with wait times, as they are busy like every other shop in town. They do their best to get everything handled efficiently and quickly for you. 5 stars!”
