“Traveling out of the country I ask them to do a safety inspection for my trip and wheel alignment, to look everything g over. Yet, I get stranded just before the border to Canada. I noticed I was having trouble starting it after the first day. I didn’t think anything of it because I had them perform a safety, check and road test, it included load testing the battery. “We had an automotive shop that we’d normally take our vehicles too however each and every time the vehicles would go back due to the repairs not being done correctly the first time so I just took my F-150 to Christian Brothers for the first time the general manager was exceptionally informative and understood what I needed to have done which was the upper radiator hose overall everything went better than expected the truck was set to be done the following day however they had it done the same day I dropped it off which I wasn’t expecting going forward we will be taking all 3 of our vehicles there they’ve certainly gained a new customer.”

“My car broke down on Christmas Eve, the day after Christmas we took it to a place close by that was unfriendly and were given a $4400 quote with little explanation. One of the items on the list was for brakes and we remembered having a good experience at this Brakes Plus in the past, so we took our car there for a 2nd opinion. They do way more than just fix brakes! The service guys were all so nice and explained the reasoning behind everything that we needed done. I came in for a check engine light and they took care of me, they didn’t pester me to add any extra services, and they were honest about what the issue was. I’ve been to other garages where they are not honest and hound you to get extra work done. Also, there was a lot of grease on my driver’s side door from me not washing my car as often as I should, and the mechanic went the extra mile and cleaned my door!
