She provided answers to questions in very specific areas of my bank account. “I would like to put in a good word for the service I received from "Van" at the Chandler, AZ branch. Van was very professional, listened to my description of my current situation and acted immediately to get me the best outcome I could get. She was proactive in getting me a refinance on a bad auto loan I had entered into 3 months ago, securing me a great rate with great terms. I had been told no, no, no by several banks and didn't believe I had a chance at actually securing a refinance. Van saw no problem, got me the loan and even set me up with a cashRewards Visa to help me consolidate higher interest debt and give me some breathing room in my current situation. It is so nice to know that there is still personal service being provided somewhere in the "personal banking" world.”
