They really do have a vast array of items, almost like being a depot for home goods.”

“Ok, so I really appreciate the use of the remotes, but when I request the use of one, and come to find that it doesn't even work, and return it to be fixed and have not had it in my possession or able to use it until the next time I return to storage and pick it up from office, then I don't believe that I should be charged anything on the last bill I paid unless of course what I paid was a prepayment and will be free and clear on my last month, owing $0.00 balance, which no one could advise me of.”
